The minimum order value is too much and it doesn't give delivery in the cantonment area. So could not rate it more than 2 star. If you improve it and reduce the min. order value then it will be a great food ordering app

service depends on their rider. If the rider does not want to come within your zone and even only 15 min away then foddmart will cancel the order
Worst example of professionalism. Ordered food for iftar at 3.30 pm. They confirmed order 2 times over phone. At 5 pm they confirmed that my order is on process and at 6.15 pm they just send a text that they are not able to attend the order. What sort of service is this!!! I already mentioned them that I needed the food by the time of iftar and they also confirmed the order and just a few minutes before iftar they cancelled the order. Never coming back to this again
Absolutely amazing. Very responsive. Delivered right on time. No unnecessary talks and no irrelevant excuses. The most amazing part: cheap af.
Takes less charges, time than PoopPanda & serves faster,almost anywhere you need!

Totally disappointed with this service. when I placed my order which was in the khilgaon area they said it was out of my zone but i live in basabo so i don't think it was out of my zone then I changed the area and placed my order in a different resturent after placing my order successfully they send me a confirmation massage but they didn't send any food I don't know why this guys did this foodpanda and hungrynaki have much good service than this app
they have started their business not to provide good service. they hv started it to harrass people. I place an order 7:30 pm. they called me at 7:40 to confirm the order and told me they will reach within half an hour. after passing one hour I called them and they told me, sir 2 mnt pls we r informing ur order status to u. after 10 minute I called them and again same ans. again call them after 10 minute and again same ans. at 9:30 they gave feedback that they didn't place my order. their new employee has forgot to place the order, how sweet excuse. then they told me to give one hour them then they will take my order. I said ok.. place my order and send it. then their reply was...."sir it is now rush hour we can't assure u that we will deliver ur order in timely. it may tooks more then one and half hour. my question is here, if u can't provide service then why harass people? totally nonsense and unfrofessional service.
They lack in commitment. I had to cancel my order twice in a day since they are unable to provide food stuffs as per the menu displayed in their apps. Totally unprofessional... Shall uninstall right away..
My delivery fee went up by 100 in delivery man's phone after he arrived. Pathetic!
Better than Foodpanda and hungrynaki, specially in Mirpur 12 where I reside. I hope they would continue with the good work.
Service of it is better than Foodpanda.But should improve the app by informing customers with notification about delivery and detailing the receipt.

Very poor App. Doesn't specify if you are signed in or not, very clunky and unfinished. The app feels very slow and also their website is not working at the moment. very poor effort
