The restaurants menù are all in Norwegian despite in the setting I set as English, they gave me a discount order to apply at the first order that was blinking on the top of the app but then when I tried to apply, it say that is expired. First time that I give 3 star and I wanted to be kind otherwise I should give one star!
When they got my order wrong they refused to fix the order. They refunded the one item that was wrong, and if i wanted my proper order i would have to re-order it. Meaning paying for delivery twice. This is literally robbery when they failed to uphold the agreement of giving me what i had ordered. They could have avoided this by refunding the delivery fee so that i could order again. A very simple solution that seems to be unreasonable in their eyes. Horrible costumer service.
Can't log on, can't create an account, can't select on any restaurants to order food. I have a voucher, but only works on the app. However the app doesn't work, so that's great. Uninstalled!
The app is so bad, why cant i not use it cross country like norway and sweden. The app doesnt let me use it anymore. Also as someone who offers foodora in restaurant, you should fix the attitude of your drivers, especially those in the town Fredrikstad. Screaming at me for not giving me their orders, but when they come in, doesnt even say hi to know that they are there and they always do be parking illegally.
I never ever heard in this world for an app, to take your money for food, that will be delivered in 35 minutes, and after an hour and half ,when we tried to cancel the order and get our money back, they said no refund, no food who know for how long. Practically I needed to order from an other place, and the money spend in foodora I will never get a refund. The food came after 2 full hours!!!! Worst app ever, hungry and robbed, that is how I felt after 2 hours 😪 .
It has spam notifications you can't turn off without also turning off your delivery notifications.
Buggy app, intrusive notifications, poor selection of resteurants, and toxic business practices (expecting you to tip before getting the order). If you want that uncomfortable feeling of thinking you've been hustled then Foodora is the app for you!
Worst customer service i have ever experienced with any company. Orders regularly get canceled without explanation, or get delayed by an hour or more. No customer service available at all, takes several days to reply to inqueries. Us Wolt instead, foodora is garbage.
Terrible customer service. Barely anything they can do. Restaurants can cancel your order and just pretty much ruin your night.
The ads, popups and notifications are a pain but the app itself is user friendly and good

There's a solid diversity of restaurants available, but every now and then literally all of them will be mysteriously "temporarily closed" all at the same time. Also, you can't change the tip amount after placing the order, so your tip stands regardless of how good or bad the service actually is. This app is honestly kind of an ad for Uber Eats.
Orders often have issues, getting refunded is a hassle. When you're expecting your food and need to chat to two different people, take pictures and write an email to get refunded and end up having to order something else entirely from elsewhere, you can say the app is unreliable and the service that comes with it terrible. Would recommend almost any other option.
Horrible experience. Version 21.02.0 is extremely buggy. I am unable to login, menus from restaurants I can access using the desktop version are not being displayed, I keep getting the error "Something went wrong! Please try again" I tried using different phones, the error still persists. As a consequence of this, I am not able to use discount vouchers.
Great cost value compared to other food delivery apps (lots of discounts!) and the app runs seamlessly but VERY low on restaurant selection. Saturday night there was literally just 1 restaurant available as all others cancelled their delivery services. At some other times in the week there's just a few restaurants available (like 2 or 3!) and sometimes NONE. Love the app but they need to get more restaurants on board. Also they need to add a save Favourites feature. Inconvenient search without it
Worse app out of all the food delivery apps out there. Constant issues with queuing orders which delay delivery times, not much selection in my area, and you're unable to select the delivery point - making drivers circle around and around to find my place. If it wasn't for the credits I have in my account, I would stop using this app. My last order was supposed to arrive in 50 mins but instead took double the time. I was not impressed.
Better than all the other apps. Cheaper service fees, and the drivers seem to be *smarter* than with other food apps. My problem is the delivery window is never accurate, which is really frustrating. It will give you an approximate amount of time for the delivery to arrive ( ex. approx. 39 mins to arrive), but this time can stay without changing, even though its 20 mins later. It would also be nice if you could tip after your delivery is received; I'm not gonna tip before I get my delivery.
I dont know why I keep using this app. Maybe because it's the first food delivery app I tried and it's convenient that it's already set up. Going back out of a restaurant goes back to the top of the restaurants listing, losing my place in the list. When checking out, they collapse the list of ordered items by default so it's hard to review what was ordered. There doesnt seem to be a way to review special instructions. I'll be trying some other apps now.
Terrible. This is second time when something was missing from my order. instead of refund, I get offerd $5 voucher for an order that cost me $30! I lost so much time talking to the app support and they just kept giving me the same answer over and over ($5 voucher). If I could I would give them less then zero. The worst costumer service ever!!
The last times we've tried to order after 10 minutes it get canceled. I thought it was a 1 time thing so gave it a few more chances but always ended up happening. Multiple times when we look it says unavailable in our area be back in 15...not a great app or service so we have stopped using it altogether. We used to order a lot but have stopped, not worth it
Excellent variety of choices for restaurants! Could make a little more effort on delivery fees though... And, might sound crazy, but please let me choose if I want my food to be delivered in a car or on a bike because it really makes a difference in the food temperature and texture. Can be really deceiving... Other than that, love the app!
It's really a hit or miss with this app based service. Is it not possible to build a feature in the app which indicates high demand in an area, which might possibly lead to a bit of a delay? It's not fair to a paying customer when they spend time picking a restaurant with a quick ETA of 25 mins and immediately after placing the order, it changes to 65 mins. Plus, you don't even realize your order hasn't been confirmed by the restaurant due to no driver until you contact customer service
For me it has been working all the time. The last star is for my gf. EVERY time she order something to the same address i use and everything is the same, they still manage to F it up every single time. So I have to pay each time we order takeaway that's why it's not 5stars.
At first it was awesome being able to order from Lcbo, with no minimum. Then when they added the $4.00 delivery charge , still reasonable not a problem. But then they switched to 15 dollar minimum with $5.99 delivery fee still okay not great but whatever. Then two days literally 2 days later they raise the delivery fee to $7.99!!..seriously not a good move 👎👎
Used it once. Food was an hour late. Contacted support to complain. Two minutes later received a text message that they were sorry and the restaurant was now closed. This was not true as the restaurant was still open for an hour and I was able to order directly from them. Foodora probably did this to avoid paying a full refund. Don't know how that is anything but one star. Not recommended. What a joke.
