lots of coupons for stuff you can get cheaper elsewhere, without coupons. give me discounts on cheese, beef, chicken, pork, and veggies, and on ethnic canned and bottled things. I like the useful free Friday items, but it's mostly just water they give away, so not that good, really. Stop with the " you have to buy 5 of something to get the discount". I've seen a lot of people get burned with that at the check out counter.
The cashier didn't encourage me to enter my telephone number to get the discount on sale app items. I lost out on savings. The app claimed to have items which weren't on the shelf. The manager was less than helpful. Too bad or I'd shop here exclusively. Grocery outlet has become my go-to store now.
I'm just now getting the app . Iv been shopping here for over 10 yrs. It's a great money saving store friendly, experience staff ect!!!
SCROLLING DOWN THE DIGITAL COUPON LIST: when you select "SHOP ALL ITEMS" to read what items are included in that offer & to read details about a specific coupon you need to navigate back to the digital coupon list. When you do so, you are immediately taken back to the start of the list. This needs to be fixed. There's 500+ coupons. If I read details on coupon #201... why would you force me to go back to the beginning? Coupons encourage mass spending. THIS issue counters that.
Unless all you want is a way to build a shopping list, dont bother. The app doesn't let you order for shipping, pick up, or delivery which, as a longtime customer in a high risk group living in an area with active COVID 19 cases is terrible. No response from customer service either.
Won't let me clip any coupons. It says coupons aren't valid for ship orders, but when I select in store and type in my zip code it says there are no stores available. There is one two minutes from my house so I don't know what's up with that. I even tried deleting the app and downloading again. The app is completely useless.
Very useful because, now instead of making a grocery list from the things that I want. I can see, what's all available and make a more detailed list of actual brands of stuff I want.
We Use This App For The Deal's That It Give's Us. They Have Some Pretty Great Deal's @ Time's. 🤗🤗💞💞
Terrible that does not work
I started creating my shopping list and suddenly the items in a particular section disappear & says "no results found". This store also does not offer pick up or delivery. I'm pretty disappointed.
need to organize list of groceries to make easier to find products
before the update i was able to check how much i would be spending at the top of my shopping list. Now I cant find the Estimated price anywhere. if this isn't fixed i might as well just use a generic shopping list app.
Update to my previous comments. After contacting customer support my issue was resolved quickly. The person I spoke to was kind, helpful and fair. I asked for her name to put in this review because she deserves to applauded for her excellent customer service skills. Thank you again Christy Smith, I truly appreciate your professionalism. You are truly an asset to the Foodsco company.
App is too big at 101mg, especially since I go for bargains and not for my full shop here. Prices on some Kruger brands are good but prices could be better on simple organic brands to entice me to shop for all my groceries. The lines at the 15 and fewer items snake through the store at times. Some customers need to learn how to count to 15. Smh.
I do not like the new update I haven't been shopping there much since I can not see my estimated total on my shopping list I have to send my home care worker to shop for me and this was a great tool to use now I just order from Walmart and send her to pick up
Giving it 3 stars since they took off the estimate total. I miss having the estimate total of my shoppers list. please bring that feature back it was very helpful when doing my grocery budget
great app and many great discounts and coupons. "free fridays" are the main reason I've kept it so long.
