Foodsby

Since the last update the app just doesn't work. Orders can't be placed and payment won't go through, no error message, no explanation. I've uninstalled and reinstalled tried changing all manner of settings to fix it and nothing. It's a great app when it works.

Difficult. You cannot properly order what you want because there seems to be some sort of algorithm that allows you to select certain "toppings" on sandwiches. It makes no sense. Every time I try to order something I either change my mind or run out of time. How hard is it to order a sandwich with pickles and mustard? Apparently impossible.

Do NOT add this app. It is having MASSIVE issues. I had to update my location & I lost my meal to my old job. I just updated my payment method today & now the blasted app won't even open!!!! Do NOT load this app.

App crashes when trying to select a restaurant. Can't use at all to order food if the app just dies each time.

Tried ordering through both the website and the app; credit card, debit card. Nothing works. It either loads infinitely or says "order placed" but then never charges me and the food doesn't show up, so I can only assume the order was NOT actually placed. Halfway through lunch I realized it didn't place my order and had to go to Uber Eats. Four chances is too many! Won't be coming back.

AVOID! The app is ok. Navigation is a bit clunky, especially if you want to use the "back" feature. The service itself is a neat idea, but their customer service is horrible. I used this for a long time and have recently cancelled my unlimited delivery services and have uninstalled the app because if anything goes wrong, they blame the restaurant and are not accountable. Good luck getting any issues resolved. If you are a business, avoid! Pick another service.

I love this app because I hit the ground running as soon as I get to work. If I decide to order lunch, I need something that is quick and easy to use. Foodsby is both. I also love that when I order from a place I've used before, I have the option of just selecting an item I ordered in the past instead of having to go back through the menu and then customize the order all over again. Maybe in the future I'll be able to select from recent orders but then modify it for extras, like sides or drinks.

Being able to delete a credit card would be nice. I can't even see which card is which if I've changed my address but kept the number the same. Other than that's its been great and very useful. I've had very few issues worth mentioning and not the fault of the restaurant (wrong type of rice sort of stuff). Only one late delivery out of probably 30+ and you get notified if it'll be late.

Convenient and the unlimited delivery for $10 is nice but delivery times aren't reliable (I have had deliveries late regularly including by over an hour multiple times) and it is basically impossible to order custom items because it only lets you choose one thing when there are options. And when I try to reorder it says there an issue and won't submit the order. I had a couple issues with the restaurants but the foodsby support team was quick to respond and were empathetic.

The ordering process is simple, and delivery very dependable, usually early. Bit strange that the choices change every day, but there is a weekly plan so you can see what choices are coming and plan your meals. Also, the choices generally have some diversity, so you're not stuck eating the same thing every day.

Since this app is an aggregate of different food caterers, experience can be hit or miss. I have ordered 4 times from Foodsby each time from a different restaurant. 2 of those had delivery problems, one of which took almost an hour for the deliverer to fix. If you have meetings or time-sensitive work, use this app at your own risk. Additionally, the Foodsby drop-off location at my building is unattended, so nothing stops someone from picking up an order that isn't theirs.

Foodsby has made getting lunch at work so much easier! App is basic but does everything I need. I took off a star because the notification options aren't great -- in order to get push notifications, you also have to get an email. since they also email a receipt and the options for the day, it's a lot overall.

I order from here on the regular. Portions are much smaller than if you were to order in person, but that's a restaurant thing I think. foodsby is convenient and responsive if you have an issue placing an order. Delivery has only been late a few times in the dozen or so times I've ordered. They keep a decent variety of places on rotation.

Very convenient and easy to use. A couple of things I would like to see improved.... 1. Notification every morning as a reminder to order, this can't be turned off and probably violates Android rules. 2. When you browse future days and scroll through restaurants, scrolling back to the top goes back to current day.

Easy app to order food at your fingertips. Have never had an issue with the app or any of the orders I've placed. Helpful for those busy days at work when you can't get away from your desk. I like that you can see a weeks worth of choices to plan ahead. Highly recommend this app.

All the options are available for almost every restaurant as if I were ordering from the counter or online. I've never experienced a problem with the app crashing or leaving anything of the order. Always an easy, convenient experience!

Used as an option to deliver lunch to my workplace. Loved the app. Always efficient and if they were not on time an email and credit would be sent. Only had problem with food once and was corrected immediately. Only reason didnt give 5 stars is because they need more restaurant choices. Other than that great idea!!

Great option for a job where you don't get away from your desk very often, especially with such variety. I love being able to order days in advance if I see something I really want but usually sells out. The regularity of mobile coupons or other gift codes make for a nice break from the $1.99 delivery fee.

Really like this app. Ordering is quick and easy. Foodsby is a great service. Meals are on time and fresh. On the rare occasion that the meal was late, Foodsby always made it right without me having to contact them. They have done this even though the problems in my case were with the restaurant and outside of Foodsby's control. Highly recommend.

Tried for the first time today. While the daily (?) selection of restaurants (available for my delivery location) provided a variety of cuisine choices, my entire $15.00 meal arrived cold. My iced beverage, sandwich with grilled meat, and a fried eggroll were all packaged together. The delivery person carried all the meals in an open bin, to be deposited in the general delivery location at my workplace. Not sure I'll use this app again, until it at least gets warmer in our Minne-snow-ta weather.

Really enjoying this service. When compared to door dash, etc. this just makes so much sense and must be so much more efficient. The app is easy to use, and I look forward to seeing the day's options. Love seeing restaurants with vegan options.

Great food delivery service, should your employer offer it. For only a $2 delivery fee, you can order in from select vendors. These vendors vary daily, which is likely why they can get the delivery fee to be so low. Other than tax, there's no other fees and the food comes on time or earlier. Really enjoy using this service. If only I could use it after hours...

App is very easy to use. Each day you have different restaurants to choose from. never gets in a rut. you can make special requests to restaurants that you can't do on other restaurant apps. They deliver as promised. Their restaurant choices are great.

This app is awesome! My office is somewhat far from most good lunch spots, so it ends up taking my whole lunch break just to trek out there and get something. Plus it's a million degrees in Phoenix, ARIZONA during the summer, so going out in the heat is awful (Foodsby delivery people, you da real MVP!). On the mornings I can't pack my lunch at home, I hop on the Foodsby app when I get into work and place my order. Then I eagerly await lunch time! I get a convenient notification via the app AND my work email when it's delivered, run downstairs to the delivery location in my building, and pick up my clearly labeled lunch. This app really is awesome!

App is works okay, but service value is highly dependent on whether Foodsby can get restaurants to deliver on certain days, so it's possible to have days/weeks with no delivery options. Also, their tracking system for orders is easily gamed - restaurants can claim to have delivered when they haven't, and since delivery is to a "kiosk" (actually just a cart in a hallway), there's nothing to stop other people from walking off with your order. Better to use other direct-to-you delivery services.

Always a great experience. When the vendor is late, Foodsby sends notices. If vendor is late past a specific time frame, Foodsby will refund a percentage of your total bill and/or free if ridiculously late. Foodsby works for the customer so I have been pleased with their service as the customer. They have upped their vendor selection as well so the variety and quality (in my area) is great for my pescatarian needs.

Love this option. If you are lucky enough to be in an available office, USE IT. Prices are slightly better than UberE and the rotating options make it fun. App is quick and clean. Never had any problems.

Foodsby works well. I like the restaurant options and convenience. I do however think something needs to give on pricing. Food prices are higher than in restaurant and there is a delivery fee. if this was more reasonable, I could see using it more often.

I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars.... Restaurants for my building showed up this week. The choices seem to vary from one day to the next. Which is ok for me. I placed my first order today and the process is straight forward and easy to use. It appears that there is a limit to the quantity of orders for any available restaurant. So I recommend placing your order as soon as possible. My cooked food arrived within minute or two of the specified time and was reasonably warm & tasty

No deliveries available for the week. Just installed for the first time. No deliveries. Uninstalling. Must be something wrong in our market with foodsby. No problems for a year (via web, 1-3 available) then none 0 nada. So I can't evaluate the app fully.
