works okay mostly, but very tedious to use. very user unfriendly. there should be a single button to mark an order as delivered - instead, the user needs to tap 4-6 buttons to complete a delivery which is very annoying when you take dozens of deliveries per day (each tap lags for 10 seconds before going to the next screen). the back button should always bring me back to the page i was previously on, but it closes the app. stops working and says my connection is bad even with 4/4 data bars.

Does what it's supposed to, but the UI is kinda blocky and not very user-friendly. There are a few optimizations it could have, like allowing you to go back from the menu to the screen you were on by tapping outside the menu instead of forcing you to tap the button on the menu. The "Leaders" feature is nice, but it's not very easy to understand because it's blocky.

Decent app...when it actually works. Unfortunately, for some reason, you need a full 4 bars of cell signal strength or else the app freezes and it won't respond to actions. I have no idea why as I have no problem with other apps like streaming audio or live video despite not having a full 4 bar signal. Other than those frustrations, which hopefully will be addressed in the future, the app is pretty good and convenient.

Personally for the purpose that it serves it works okay and I have no qualms with the layout or accessibility of certain features, but when it doesn't work it is extremely frustrating. Most of the time I have a full data connection and it won't let me access orders, refresh my current delivery orders, let customers sign for their orders, or finalize the payments. It constantly says I have no data connection or an insufficient data connection when my phone reports a full 4G LTE data connection which prevents me from actually being able to use it for what it's supposed to be used for. When it works it's fine, but maybe 50% of the time or more it doesn't work at all. I have lost out on tips because it never finalized the orders before my shift was over. I just don't understand how I could use my phone to stream 1080p video wall not being able to finalize one simple stupid delivery order. This app has a lot of bugs but it is a requirement for my job which is extremely annoying. Please send out an update or something so I can stop wanting to throw my phone out the window while I'm working.

You never know if an assigned order will pop up or not, and sometimes it requires that you have full bars to connect to the system. I've gone on deliveries where it didn't show up and I had to use the store's Wifi to close the order when I got back. It made service times bad, and my manager wasn't happy. The layout of the app's great, you can click SMS to text the customer, there's a route button, drivers can put delivery instructions, etc. But the connection is terrible, 0/10 on that front.

You waste 5 minutes trying to sign-in, only to get frustrated and go with the no fail paper receipts. If by chance it does work, it's either great or shoddy at best. It will lose communication with your mobile device and tell you your mobile device is at fault when you have full signal. Some of the features are hit and miss, and the payment screens have an excessive and cumbersome lag time. Such a waste of a promising technology. And don't get me started on the support, there's not much.

Awesome when it works but it hardly ever does. If there's a tip already on the order it takes about 20 seconds to change the screen after collect signature. Never recognizes when im back at the store to allow me to end the run. Crashes all the time and says I have no network connection even though every other app on my phone is working flawlessly, which ends up costing me money due to the fact that I can't receive a tip at that point. Constantly needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.

It's slow unintuitive. The way that you have to switch the runs around in order to bring it up for payment is stupid. It does incredibly stupid things with Google maps and will send you around in circles if you let it. It's really annoying but at least people don't stiff you as much because they have to look at you in the face while they type is zero tip on your screen.

App is okay. It's convenient for signatures but could include the potential for us drivers to accept credit cards in-person. There are a lot of times and situations where I have to use my personal phone to call in a credit card number, and a less-trustworthy person could be calling anyone with the card number. A customer watching you type it into your work app is more trustworthy imo.. I like that I can auto-populate my maps app but the smaller buttons on the app have such a small box to register taps that I often hit the nav button and end up at the order screen from it registering me tapping the background instead. Maybe spread or enlarge the buttons? Maybe allow a customizable message to populate the text box when texting customers numbers when requested? The biggest issue is that I get to a customer's home and the app already says "missing signature" and disallows a customer from tipping via card. This has been happening frequently at my store and to many drivers. I have lost money over the issue. We have investigated whether or not staff were causing the issue when taking orders and ruled out that variable after watching staff perform the procedure correctly.

This app has come a long way since the beginning. But the 2 biggest problems that remain: 1: When going from the pretip screen to the signature screen, theres a lengthy delay. Creating for awkwardness in front of the customer. Theres no delay when there isnt a pretip. Eliminating the delay when you click No after "would you like to add an additional tip" is what my biggest complaint is. 2: Driver stats has been glitchy for forever. You can see them every like 1/100 times in the app.

Meh 🤷‍♀️ Never use Google maps through the app, it constantly glitches when I'm within a half mile and gives me a range of addresses (ex. 2000- 2700 Johnston drive) and says your destination is on the right. I find that if I just use maps from the maps app itself, it doesn't glitch. I have a lot of issues even connecting to the app sometimes. It usually happens in a block of a few days (usually never more than 3) but ashtrays corrects itself eventually.

The connection is awful. I can have great signal and can't sign in. Need to work with the companies to teach them how to make sure drivers can use this app (i.e. advise them to install wifi). What it's supposed to do would make my day easier. Can't afford gigs of data per month either. Great concept. Calling when this happens isn't exactly convenient, besides the fact I can't afford loads of minutes. edit: did have opportunity to use function of the app and it does work on data, but not wifi.

As a regular delivery driver who has used this consistantly for the last hear and a half, this app has continuously gotten worse. It constantly crashes whenever the customer signs and then i have to go back to their door to make them repeat the entire process. The signature process is now taking up to 8 seconds just to load the signature box. The check back in zone has shrunk to a ridiculously small area around the store as well.

Crashes on a daily basis, more than once. Devs keep taking out the stuff that makes the app good. First the ability to end your run was taken out, unless you have iPhone, so you (I) have to go inside while i lose my place in line. Then the map trail, shows your route by a blue line, was taken out(helps a lot in unfamiliar ares) Now with the 5/2019 update, you cant sort orders anymore. This is almost a useless app. Might as well go back to paper and pen. Where's the app from 3yrs ago?

overall app is really good, except: 1) can you make the tips shortcuts for tips thorugh credit card adjustable. as usually tips are 2,3,4,5$ and not in percent. 2) if you press no at window that asks whether tips apart from predefined applied, app takes ton of time to make it to the next page with signature. Do better. Ive been a delivery driver for almost 6 years and I always have problems using this app, whether it takes too long to load 95 percent of the time, or whenever the app is down EVERY DAY. seriously. This app everyday crashes for an undetermined amount of time and support never seems to care. We have called them numerous times over the course of me working for my delivery company and they just dont care. Just wait till the app loads they tell us, until then just use paper recipts.

This app is horrible. The delivery place I work use its system When it goes down, which is daily it seems like, the entire store goes down and the delivery drivers with it, no matter how busy it is, or the time of day. There is no backup system. It is extremely inconvenient, unreliable, and anybody who's considering downloading the software and using this particular company for its operating needs , do not choose this one. Unless you want to lose all kinds of money, and have an unhappy staff.

My particular problem was when this app wouldn't let me clock in until I updated it, which I had to do on my time with my data. The purpose of the update was to add a ten second delay before customers can sign for a delivery, which they hate. Most of code in this app is for posting a selfie, compiling meaningless statistics and some kind of trophy contest, and of course keeping tabs on employees. I'm not sure what else it does because it only opens when I'm working.

Struggles with internet more easily than basically all other apps I use, only lets you see your Driver Stats when you're clocked in, doesn't end runs properly half the time (to fix this, end it manually on the computer in the store), slow to update and display my run after I've started a new one (regardless of internet quality), and can be generally awkward to use at times

the app is very inconsistent. it doesn't take you to the address listed on the app it changes and takes you to a range of addresses which doesnt help you arrive on time. especially since we are a hands free state and you have to stop and reload the directions to get you to the actual address on the order.

All the other employees I work with that have this app can see the runs on the store computers screen & other functions that make this app seem better but for some reason mine doesn't show any of that.. also isn't there a way to be able to go back and look at past days stats, past runs, ect... & it does freeze up constantly always making me shut it out and have to open back up. I have to use this app for my job as I'm sure many others do as well, please work on making it better & more reliable👌

1. Freezes often (3 times on the last 5 jobs) 2. Does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make my job easier, more productive or more profitable. In fact it adds several steps to each delivery. 3. As it does NOTHING to make my job éasier it basically turns my phone into a business tool for my boss. And he hasnt offered to pay any part of my phone bill. 4. Wouldnt have it if the boss wasnt insisting wont take another job that requires it.

Delivery made easy without a doubt. Few here and there bugs. For example, i dont know an order has a coupon until after the run. I wish a seperate pop-up screen appeared upon entry of an order notifying drivers of which and how many coupons ones current run(s) have. Thank you
