Foody - Find Reserve Delivery

First time ever in my life, this app told me that there were still 1999 minutes until receiving my package. Called CS, but there was just a long slience. No reponse. Had to cancel the order with the reason of my fault, because there were no way to enter the real reason: system was down. Not recommended. Bad service. Expecting to get my money back.

The customer service has been worsen than before, the delivery time is way too long because of the assigning process. Sometimes it takes nearly an hour to assign a shipper, and when I use the chat function to check in with customer service, no one answered. I am using grab food as an alternative

Error repeat after few day downloaded. It is ok to use full functions after downloaded. But few days later, it gets lag, not responding and unable to exit with one buttons. Should I want to use, I have to uninstall and re-download again and again. Is this some kind of underhanded tricks that foody want to increase the number of downloads?

This is WORST delivery ever. During 2 month I was doing orders maybe 30 times maybe more and each of them has troubles. The system works bad, the delivery ia awful. They took hours of my life, thousands of nerves, cancelled many times orders and each time the delivery was 2-3 times longer than it was promised in app. The worst company ever. NEVER In time,NEVER WITHOUT problems. The left me just without food SO many times.

This app is awesome. Great deals and the live GPS of the deliverer is perfect. Only negative of app is most restaurants do not put up pictures of the meals. Maybe 90% of items have no picture and the pics are Coca Cola or Sprite. 😣😭

The app does not keep your default payment method. Instead it always defaults to cash and doesn't even ask "are you sure you want to pay with cash?" like Grab. So when a driver came and asked for cash when I wanted credit like last time, I tried to contact customer service and change the payment. There was no way to change the payment method in the app and customer service was not helpful at all. Now I'm banned from ordering cash. Bae Mim, Grab, Vietnammm, GoViet have better customer service.

"Phone number verify" is required to order but you can NEVER do it because "SMS is not available, please choose another method or update the app". Well this is fine if THERE IS ACTUALLY ANOTHER METHOD AND YES, I UPDATED TWICE. Hunted neighbor's chickens for food instead. Update#1: He's a werewolf! HELPPP Update#2: Oh nvm. Geralt is here. Tossed him a coin. Update#3: He said he was having the same trouble with me. While downvoting the app, he found mine and came to help. So 1 extra star for this

Order and payment confirmed, ETA 25 minutes. After 40 minutes I received a message that my order was canceled due to the merchant was closed. Refund in 45 days. Unacceptable service.

I cannot navigate to the correct page at first launch when redirect from web browser at first launch. You should combine Now delivery and Foody to one app. Too complicated

I can't use this app on my Mi 8 Lite. The search bar and other features are not responded. Dev team should check and fix this issue asap to maintain the stability.

the UI is slow, unfriendly and full of loading icons. Payment experience is also slow, backward and frustrating.

Terrible. I used the app once i went to a different city, now, as months go by, still it locates at that city. Airpay fails so often lately

There are many sales, but you can't use them unless you use Airpay. It's irritating to show discounts I can't use. I use Grab and Now more often consequentially.

Nothing in English, which I can understand. But then each company has maybe 3-4 pictures on the whole menu which means if you don't speak vietnamese you don't know what anything is.

Slow process. It took more than an hour to find driver. Can't contact the app developer to complain and ask for support. The worst experience ever.

Most horrible customer service. Yesterday, the driver was completely lost and spent 1 hour going everywhere EXCEPT to the restaurant. After calls with the manager, they finally accepted to cancel the order considering the order wasnt picked up even after 1h. And even though the manager called again to explain and apologize later on yesterday, today i had another order be delayed 2h due to them changing drivers FIVE TIMES in total, and nothing was explained nor customer service ever replied. WOW.

The new update ruined the app, keep stuck and freeze all the time, have to uninstall it and reinstall again to work.....

Required to keep activities mode turn on all the time. It's a no no for me. I don't want to keep the activities on when I don't use the apps.

Now & Foody: Thief, trash service! Don't pay in advance or they will blame on you if they cannot connect you by phone. Thry did not ring door bell, just steal my money. Even I spent tips for delivery man. Incredibly worst service I have known.

Why do I need to download another app to use this one?

the new update is all buggy and freezes everytime I logged in and it needs to be fixed, I'm feeling really uncomfortable with this update

So disappointed as your app doesn't allow free call between me and riders/merchants. I deleted this app and start using Grab instead

every time I open this app I have to login, its driving me crazy. why cant you let me stay logged in? and now the buttons don't work

Unreliable service. Orders are frequently late, cold or cancelled. Would not recommend.

foody application has the worst delivery service ever!!!!!! Grab is much better~~ foody....you better arrange everything from the top!!!

Need to improve user interface. Still pretty crowded and busy esthetically.
