The food is great, you have a wide variety of options for all sort of cuisines. Unfortunately, Foody's delivery is horrendous, literally takes them 2 hours to deliver an order, this has happened not on one occasion. No phone number to contact them either, just an online form for you to fill in, which I highly doubt they'll bother resolving your issue from.
Every thing is clear and easy enough to use. The food tracker does not always seem to be accurate though and it shows the driver closer but he hasn't left the store yet.
My only and major downside to this app is how you cant check your order progress or even see a map to know what happens with your order. After ordering you just have to sit there and guess how long it will take. There's nothing else wrong with this app but that's a major draw-back
The app is very nice. Please use radio buttons instead of checkboxes if possible. I think it would increase the efficiency and user experience.
This is the second time it has happened to me. The application was lagging and as I was trying to add more items to my order, I pressed the button two times as it was not responding. The order was submitted and paid by mistake. I suggest to add a confirm button to avoid such cases.
Once you place the order there is no way to contact the restaurant or foody in case of mistake made. I accidentally had the wrong address selected and placed the order. I could not find an in-app option to correct the mistake, so i called the restaurant through google
The cart empties if you accidentally close the app. There should be a few minutes waiting time before that happens. A way to save favourite food would be nice too.
I got charged and the order never arrived. After calling at the call center to ask what the issue was, apparently my order was never placed even though i was charged. The representative told me that the refund process takes almost 7 working days. Today's the 10th i did not receive my refund. Absolutely horrible.
Charged for food that never arrives, or a refund given. Last order was double charged. Fraudulent!!!
Very bad customer service. Unacceptable incident last night. The person in charge of the deliveries apparently likes his/her food cold..
Very, very bad update. Bring back the previous UI please. Harder to find what you are looking for, the filters are not there on the main screen anymore, not easily accessible, the restaurants that deliver to your address are not the first thing you see when you enter the app anymore, you need to perform actions straight away in order to see available restaurants, and the fact that you need to enter a full address in order to get the results instead of the postal code makes things slower.
Generally good. The system is functional but it has glitches once in a while. Main reason for me to not give 5 stars is because even though there is an option for using the app in English, not all the menus are translated and in practice it's very difficult to order from a menu that you don't understand the language. You should either have automated translation or should hire someone to do all the menus.
I'm dropping out! You can definitely read the reviews and the problems your customers are facing, however the changes are worse than before. I can't filter stores by distance or delivery charge, can't find my favourites, can't pay by CASH as the card is preselected, can't sort them by again distance. The app freezes when making an order. Why can't you bring back the old interface???
Why the heck, after that big recent downgrade, erm, update, it is NO longer possible to order for Delivery AND Pay with my VISA Card??? An Error always appears saying that "Bank Payment Failed"... The "Cash On Delivery" Method, works just fine, but, quite a few times, it is neither practical, nor safe (pandemic time)...
They recently changed the app probably to accomodate the map (which would be nice if all the drivers would actually read the house number and not just stop where the app points them to at the beginning of the street) and I find it hard to get used to. I have few favorite places that I order and honestly I am thinking to ask them if I can find them using other apps as well.
Anything you could possibly want to order from 1 application and they send you promotional coupons regularly. Love it!
Just ordeted now to #ClockCafe, but my coffee got no whipped cream on it๐. Well, its ok, and i always order there. But pls nrxt time, do check the order pretty well. Thanks!
New app is absolutely not user friendly. Difficult to navigate and more time consuming. For example when ordering coffee i have to click separately on each preference, choose and click apply for each amd every one. Also information at checkout are hard to spot for example the minimum order info. Overall this update/change makes no sense whatsoever.
Is eazy to order and fast to eat the food is always hot and never cold I love this app more than the Ather!!
I think it's the best food delivery app in Cyprus... Has occasional coupons, delivery seems to be lower compared to other apps... Customer service is fast. Generally happy with the app
Order late 15 mins(foody drivers)called to check up, you reassured me that it's on the way.2 mins later the store called about an out of stock item and they told me they just received the order.So I was waiting for 45 mins for no reason.Cancelled the order. Didn't even get an apology.Also if you give the option "Leave order at the door" give instructions to the stores to put the receipt outside the foodbag so drivers can see it. Always choose it. Driver is always waiting outside.Uninstalled.
Your recent update resulted in loosing all of our order history. The card is also no longer saved so I accidentally selected to pay by cash. In the older version multiple users could have the same account open on their pc and add orders at the same time which made ordering at work much easier. Now that this is not possible a single person has to take everyone else's order and it's not a very enjoyable process. Thanks
This new update is really bad... I don't remember my password and the "reset password" functionality simply does not work. I contacted customer service and although they responded, the solution they suggested (uninstall app and reinstall) made no difference whatsoever. Very frustrated by the look and feel of the new UI too...
Many features have been removed. You can't add multiple of the same item even if restaurant supports it. You can't exit the app when ordering. The user interface is very counter intuitive. It's trial and error to reveal basic features like deleting an item from your basket. I do not know why they had to redesign the app, but it's a step back and not forward in many ways.
This app is not working properly. Every single time I try to order there's an issue with the pin..I put the correct address manually cause otherwise it wouldn't work and then when I have to place the pin it on the street it always says "invalid address". When I ordered before I explained on the description how to get to the address and the delivery guys wouldn't understand anything. They don't even speak English or Greek properly and they're also very rude most of them.
