App doesn't work. Tried it a month later and it still doesn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. Same goes for the forgot password feature.

App doesn't work 98% of the time. When it does work, it still doesn't work. Closes without warning. Slow.

App never works signs you out constantly never shows releases always shows errors when trying to buy anything look at the other reviews nothing above 1 star and they've yet to addr6snu of these issues

Complete trash app...it crashes constantly, infinite loading and trying to checkout it a whole other issue ( not even a hype shoe) no wonder FA is closing down make sure to take this app to the grave with you. Only good for browsing, just hope you don't want to actually buy something

I will never order off this app again. I won a shoe raffle for the patent bred jordan 1 and they took my money, placed the order, then canceled the shoe without me knowing saying for inventory reasons. They still haven't returned the money yet!! Not to mention do you know how hard it is to win a chance to buy?? Screw foot action do not buy here!!!

App errors make it time costuming to attempt to process a reservation. Site always has shoes "available " until you try to add them to the cart. Smh

Crashes constantly. Forces users to login over and over again only to prompt error messages or update needed.

Its not allowing me to sign in everytime i put in my email click it to very my email it does the same thing over an over again and i keepp missing out on getting a ticket for the new realeases. Ugh

Your site and app has been having some serious issues for WEEKS....Footlocker as well

honestly the only good compliment i can give this app is that it has decent prices. but besides that this app is no help! neither is the website! the website is so slow & keeps making me refresh the page so i have to start over. on top of that, i decided to download the app because i thought it would be better but its the same, i keep having to restart because everytime i click on a shoe, it shows me an an error. also everything is out of stock, and it tells you last minute! beyond annoying!!!!!

This app along with the Footlocker and Champs apps are super glitchy. It always logs me out and then when I try to log back in it says "invalid refresh token 0ae8d767-0070-4b6e-8856-98ae053a2ff0400.25505 And then I either have to uninstall and reinstall the app or force stop it and clear all data. Super annoying!!! I've received serval updates hoping that it would get fixed but not yet⏳

App doesn't load earned reward coupons following purchases anymore. Customers have to call customer service to have the reward emailed. Even then half the time they don't work when scanned. Also the app doesn't accept discount codes when entered, but they're accepted if you shop on footaction's website. So what's the point of even using the app when online is more reliable. The same goes for all footlocker associated stores' apps (footlocker, footaction and champs)

This app was working fine until recent update(On Android). Now i can't even sign in or it's telling me to reset my password. Tried closing, uninstalling, and reinstalling. Footaction, Champs, and Footlocker apps all acting like this. This better not mess with my VIP cause i have platinum or gold status in all these places and i have spent a lot of money in all these places. Really frustrated.

Horrible app. It doesn't work when it's time to check raffles (which is the only time you need it to work) and customer service doesn't answer when you call them. If you want an extremely frustrating experience, go ahead and try your luck on this POS. Otherwise, just stay away from this and other footlocker affiliated apps.

Never win any releases and app crashes constantly.

I didn't even want to give this a star! Don't install. Every shoe I wanted I tried to add it to my cart it said it's not available or no longer have it! Then why are the pictures still up!!!! And an error keeps popping up. I started picking random shoes to see what it says and what a coincidence it says the same thing bs app!!

Be aware that if the Flx App doesn't give you the reward points from your purchase, you have 1 week to claim them or they are forfeited. I just discovered this and I used the same email from my account and the purchase. JDSports/Finishline honored my reward points almost 6 months after the purchase when they didn't add points to my account. The Flx app disappointed me this time. I may still buy from the Flx app, but this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Buy beware!

I logged out of that app today and it wont let me log back in. It keep saying an error occurred. I know all my log in information and it wont let me in. I then went to the footaction website and logged in with no problem but the app still wont let me log in. Please fix immidiately. Update: I appreciate you guys fixing the problem with the new update, problem identified and fixed in 3 days, I can appreciate that!

This app and footlocker app now reads error on the time a shoe drops making it impossible to purchase a shoe on its release date. Tried emailing the company and it seems like they're not even trying to fix the issue! Just terrible!

This app is absolutely terrible. I kept receiving errors every time I clicked on a tab. Now I can't sign in tried on Android and iOS. It looks like I won't be able to see if I won a raffle because of this dysfunctional app.

Waste of time. Scam! I've been trying to order shoes for 3 days now off of the website. I enter info and I receive a confirmation email. Literally 2minutes later I received another email saying my order was cancelled... Weird. I downloaded the App thinking it might work... Same thing: order confirmation and then another email saying my order was cancelled. After doing this 4 times I decided to go to look at their reviews. OMG! Do not buy from app or website without reading their reviews!!!!

I'm not sure what's going on since this "update" but I can't log in into any of accounts.. Very frustrating when you spend tons of money to gain "platinum vip status", but can't use it to get shoes you've been waiting all year for! Unfortunately I might have to start getting my shoes elsewhere smh..... Fix the app PLEASE!
