Discounts are really good. The app is friendly use, however it should include as well the item/product that has been bought. There's no info about the whereabouts of what you bought on the app, apart from receiving an email and having a third party courier which are more likely making constant emails that they have your item. But generally it's really a good app for my sports needs.

Can't help myself keep buying clothes from foot asylum, have great stuff allways in the sale and it's all so easy to use and delivery is spot on never waiting any more than 2days , used to shop at jd they have gone very bad they been sacked 😀 keep it uo foot asylum 10 out of 10 👍

It gives more options than what it shows on the website but when you try and add them to the basket it says "alert" it is very frustrating as i saw 4 things i really liked that wasn't on my laptop when i went on yesterday but yet i can't even buy them. It should not show products that you can't buy or it should say out of stock but even then its very frustrating.

App has a great user interface but there are frequently major issues with the Filtering system not following your selections , also bugs with viewing items and them not appearing particularly on Sales. A system for showing if an items out of stock or not needs to be implemented as right now it just doesn't allow you to add an item to your basket rather than telling you there are no items. All in all one of the poorer shopping apps compared to others such as ASOS, JD sports etc

You guys need to improve your app and your website. In the app, everytime I try to add something to my basket, it always comes up with "Alert" and this happens with all the products. I have uninstalled the app and downloaded it 2 times. It does not improve.

The app is nice and snappy to navigate through compared to the online website, however when adding items to my basket it says that there is a 'error' with it, so if the item you want doesn't have your size it won't add it to the basket which makes sense but it shouldn't show up on the list if I specifically chose what size I wanted. Please fix this!!

The search function is awful, in fact the ap should be renamed footabysmal it's that bad. You filter the choices and nothing happens, the same items are shown. It's ok for getting points and bringing up or using vouchers earned, but that's all it is useful for.

The app is missing some models that you can find on the website and also my account on the website doesn't seem to be syncronized with the same account on my phone app. I can't find my orders on my phone app and also the wishlist shows as empty, even though I have added several shoe models in there on the website. I just use this app to quickly search for a specific shoe model but either than that it is useless. Even when doing mass searching the filtering option seems to do absolutely nothing.

Great service from the staff. Couldn't be any happier with them. Always attentive and on hand to answer any questions you have. l returned a pair of trainers as they were too small and they didn't hesitate to change them for a different pair. Only thing was that the music was on quite loud but wasn't really a problem as you can hear each other fine. Haven't bought on line as l prefer to see the items in store before buying. Great app for browsing through and seeing what is available.

The app would not work to capture my receipts in any way. It appears never to have been tested properly and much of the text is skewed and misaligned on my Galaxy S8. I would suggest avoiding this app and ignore any offers of points you may be offered in the shop as the app is not capable of delivering on any of these promises. I will now be deleating this app as a waste of memory.

Too many notifications. Hey I'd love to hear about offers, I really do, but when you keep setting my phone off on vibration with your annoying promotions then you're gonna end up losing your customers. Here is a piece of advice, quality over quantity.

Has a good range of clothes but the app is broken, always closes randomly and when you filter the searches it doesn't work, if you search for a specific brand or item of clothing it comes up with a completely different brand and clothing.

Overall good app but everytime i tried to add somthing to basket it would come up with 'alert' and this item cant be added to your basket which was really annoying then when i went on the website half the stuff i wanted wasnt in there or it was different prices 😔

App is good for browsing. However stock on the app is different to the website, when I clicked contact us to enquire about this the app crashed everytime I tried. I also couldn't add items to my basket.

ruuuubissssshhhhh. if something isn't in stock, why not just NOT have it show up in search results. then it'll let you occasionally add to basket, and when you go to your basket, it says there isn't enough stock. uninstalled, I'll just visit your shops, see what i like and buy elsewhere, cheaper. ta.

Absolutely disgraceful app anything you go on it won't let you add and if it's out of stock it should say but it shows you all the sizes clothing trainers accessories We have not been able to add this product to the basket I get a message saying 50% you open the app and you can't anything low or high price I clicked on everything the app 100% doesn't work and don't bother downloading waste of time.

overall I like footasylum however on the app I cannot add to my basket it keeps coming up with an error "Alert" so have to go through my browser to use Footasylum where they don't have the same trainers to order. Very frustrating missed a few things I liked because of this. Fix the app please

The app doesnt tell you when things are out of stock, instead it just says "we have not been able to add this item to the basket". The app needs to update so it actually shows website stock because it's really misleading.

good products so thats worth 3 stars. But the app keeps saying ... we are not able to add this product to the basket... no info why its not letting me add them, aslo ive tried over 20 products and just getting the same message. need it fixing or an explanation on why this error is showing

will not let me add anything to my basket to purchase, literally what is the point in me have all those voucher points in my dashboard if I cant spend them rapidly running out of time to spend the ones gained from christmas purchases. Becoming more suspicious whether the points are just a ploy to grt you to spend in store then when you try to use the rewards gained you can't.

Using the app for the first few times was great but now i have to go onto the web and order through there because it seems like app is showing the same stock is has been for months now yet when i go through the web/google its all new stuff. Confusing.

Worst shopping experience. Why put items on the app that are not in stock waisting potential buyer time scroll endlessly. Plus no option to save for later. Please look at ASOS shopping app if possible copy the same functionality. Plz make some improvements especially we approaching the Christmas

Does not let me add stuff to the basket only says "Alert" instead without explanation. It also shows products that are out of stock with their previous prices which if you go to the website, you would not find. A horrible app, Footasylum clearly have not been spending enough to make this app viable.

Cannot add anything to the basket, what's the use being to browse things but can't order them. Told by customer service that means they are out of stock and to use the website. Why have an app with filters if it doesn't work. Poor app

Such a terrible app. Rarely gets updated which results in seeing older clothes which are out of stock. If you want to look for clothes you have to go onto the website.

I had an issue with an order being sent to my old address. I went into the Blackpool store to try and sort the problem out. The lovely manager rang through to to online store for me and the lovely online store person sorted the issue out. I now have a happy 13 year old niece. Thank you both so much 😊

Extreme bad customer support. One says they can help and the following 48 hours later they tell you they cant help you. I paid £119.99 for trainers but a fault in the glue on the trainer made my bubble burst but they cant or wont help!!! I bought another pair at jd sports had the EXACT same issue and they swapped them straight away even tho i had them for several months. If i could give this app zero star i would!!!

sometimes the products are priced with a 70% discount or higher! so you go to add it to your basket and it says unavailable. other than that, I love the in-store and the website.
