Football Manager 2020 Mobile

Thought I would give this a bash again, after not playing it for a while. To find I can no longer load it. Tried to reinstall it to no avail. Always comes up with the error restoring transactions. Having paid for this game, I would either like to be able to play the game or get my money back. Either than or I'd happily take the new football manager in its place. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

So far so good.. The only bug I've found is that when you load in a save, the "most recent" is not in fact the most recent save. I wish I could post a picture with this issue, so you guys could actually see it, because I have the "most recent" save dated 25/8/2019 (auto save) and the "other save" has 2 entries, both for the same day (28/8/2019), one being automatic and the other was made manually. Be aware that I'm only playing one campaign, no redos, so this should not happen.

Still the same very solid game that'll soak up 100s of hours on your commute. But, after several years, it really needs a bit update to be relevant. Quite disappointing not to see more significant overhauls to interface, system, of core way to play. I'm not playing any different in this version, I'm just doing the same I did with 17, 18 and 19, but with slightly different players and the odd extra screen.

Love this game, it's been adapted for mobile very well. That being said I would like to see some more of the functionality that the PC version has like more in depth transfer and contract negotiations. I have noticed a few bugs; most annoyingly after your team scores a goal, if you substitute the player before the replay, the goal will be removed and the replay will show the substitution instead. Pls have a look into it xx

A great game but with a few issues that should be easy to fix... 1. Goals are always shown as disallowed even before the VAR judgement so what's the point in having the written text to tell you what the decision is if 100% its gonna be chalked off. At least delay it until the appropriate text has shown. The half time stats that come up on the screen are all muddled. If I was the away team, it would make sense to have my stats on the right but they are always shown on the left and vice versa.

Not a bad upgrade. Much is still the same, but there were some cool improvements. Media interaction and better player interaction would be nice. Only having 4 leagues is annoying. The ME is still frustrating; far too many goals scored from free kicks. L2 players shouldnt be curling in 2 a game like David Beckham, especially when they can't score a 1-on-1. Some new tactical options would be nice. This is still the best football management game out there though. As an upgrade though, it's meh.

Loved playing this game for the past year, and personally prefer it visually over FM 2021. Having said that, due to a fault with button placement, I can no longer play the game. If I want to load a saved game, I have to press all over the screen to try get it to respond is an example. Sega can you please advise/fix this issue..??

I guess this is by far the best mobile application out there for football management. But when comparing it with the real version, the mobile version of the game lacks so many things. Bringing in all the features may be a bit clumsy, atleast could bring the majority of it. If you are a football management fan and are looking for something in mobile, you can go for it.

Great game, I love FM. The only problem I found is with in game purchases. I mean "in game editor" is more expensive for mobile version than for the PC. And to unlock all the features you need to spend almost 20 dollars extra on top of the game. I still play the game I'm just disappointed at this and won't buy next year version if this continue to be the case.

Great game but just a few things. For some reason the game is trying to give you as little money for your players. I think perhaps you could have a look and tweak if necessary. If it's all as intended then okay as long as all clubs face the same financial system. Lastly I would really like if you tweaked the Disallowed goal system. Could you please make it so that the score changes after the decision was made? To keep the suspense going as you wait for the actual decision. Great game though.

Poorer than 2019 version. More detail on the players, but it all feels rather squashed in due to the new presentation style - jury still out on that. My main gripe is the match day controls not working - the button to select which page you want doesn't work unless the game is paused, the pause button doesn't work, and I usually have to press the button for team changes several times before it responds. The game data is also more difficult to read. Good overall but step backwards overall

I always buy FM Mobile when it comes out. I truly get my money's worth and enjoy it. There are a few things that I would fix (or like to be told how to remedy). Firstly, why can't you delete games? You can end up with 4 or 5 games and this can make the game glitchy. For example, (and this has happened in the previous 2 incarnations) a game can go straight to 90 minutes with a result and goal scorers but you can't exit that match. You have to reboot and quite often you lose a match that you......

Way overpriced. Over a third of the price of the desktop version, but only a fraction of the gaming experience. I'm a huge fan of Football Manager, but totally bored of it after two seasons. Many features of the desktop version could easily be implemented (having all playing positions being one of them), particularly for the price you pay. Barely better than a free game.

Excellent. The only thing the bugs me is the limit of four different nations. I would love to have a larger database, or one where you can only select, say, the top two divisions from each country. Then you could for instace have England, Spain, Germany, Italy and France all at once. A background leagues option would be great, too. Then South American gems can be discovered more when in Europe and vice versa.

Great game! But can you guys please fix the in match tactics button. I find myself pressing it a million times before it greys out. And sometimes when it is greyed out 20 or so minutes pass before going to tactics. Really frustrating. The pause button during play works in a similar way also. Should be able to pause whenever at whatever stage in the game

In general, the game is fantastic. After the update, however, i found it very difficult to win a match against specific team. I tried so many tactics, including went for holiday and let the coach handle the team but still it is always ended up with lose. The game set up just want me to lose 🤨. Hopefully the developer will fix it somewhere.

I have recently downloaded the app and love the game. It brings back so many memories of playing this on the PC. There are 2 issues that I have however which is why I have rated the game as 4 stars. 1 - When a goal is ruled out and is checked on VAR then the decison always stands and the goal is ruled out, never given. 2 - When bidding for a player you often have to pay treble their value before a bid is accepted which is not very realistic. Other than that I love the game!

Love the new layout and new features. Can't say I enjoy the fact that post season when 'processing retirements' shows up it seems to take 15 to 20 minutes, sometimes doesn't finish at all, regardless of the amount of leagues that are included. Makes it harder to push past post season since this happens multiple times during the game month of June. Edit: I have a save plus time stamped screenshots

Love the game had it for many years now ... but this version seems to have more issues than previous years. The main issue is when I have a game I can't see goal scorers on the overview screen. Game says 2-1 but no scorers are shown ... until I go to performance screen then I can see the scorers but not on the overview. Also players are associated with incorrect countries / nationalities. But game play is great ... love it ... just fox the glitches and 5* again

Better than Soccer Manager hands down. Not as random, not easy. More realistic, which makes it harder, which IMO makes it fun. Definitely wayyy more simplified than PC version, but still a really good game. Would love better contract and trade options like cup goalie, emergency backup, player swap, loan for two years, etc. I know it needs to be simplified for mobile, but adding a few more features would make this game 5 stars.

Harder to loan out players compared to previous versions. Some of the players who went out on loan have a future transfer to the club, without the buy-out fee clause. Obviously a bug. The new inbox view makes it harder to see all the message at one go compared to previous versions. Downloaded the player profile pictures and i rebooted the game so many times without seeing any pictures. I'm sorry but i thought FM19 was better.

Gameplay is on point with how u can edit and control all aspects of the game, however with the graphics and controls, i think there is room for improvement, scrolling up and down should be a lot smoother imo. And finally it would be great to add an option for 3d graphics to the gameplay rather just watching dots all the time. But overall, the game is great and user friendly.

As strong as ever. But two complaints, one of which is new to this year. First, it takes too long to in a game register that I want to make tactical changes, it can be 15-20 in game minutes before it opens the tactics screen, by then the game could be gone. Second, and this happens every year, I'm unsure why after fouls many free-kicks are given as indirect? I'm not sure why, its surely an easy fix.

Have completed a full season (so not just rating the game after 30 mins of play). I'm also a Football Manager veteran, have been playing this game since the 90's, before the gaming companies split, before the name change. For a mobile version of the game it's not at all bad. I understand the reasons for dumming it down they way they have but I still think more can be introduced from the full PC version. Phone's are becoming more powerful and I believe this can can be achieved.

It's average, I accept its not the full PC version but I feel there could be better enhancements added. For example, dealing with sponsors, building facilities could be better and better transfer market information. Other than that, I find myself scrolling through the game in autonomous fashion and the only serious bit I see are the transfers. Other than that, there's not much else to influence properly. Would have liked this to be better, some aspects of CSD20 should be taken.

Other than some limitations when compared to the pc version (as expected from a mobile game) great mobile version. I take 1 star off because the 2D match engine sometimes makes players make very obviously unreasonable mistakes and shows too much unrelated positions (like a clutter of passes that don't even lead to a chance on goal) especially when watching 'extended' highlights. As a long time fan of FM on pc, this is a great portable version of the classic game!

Very addictive game and at times almost impossible to put down. I am 6/7 seasons into the game as Crewe and 2nd place in the Premier League and Champions League winner in the previous season with no cheats. The issue here is the game develops your players quickly with high pace whereas the AI players stay almost stagnant. It becomes too easy in later seasons if you focus on your own player's development, you will be far too good against the other teams.
