hi I forgot my password and when I put my email address, the app showed me "we have sent email and follow instruction" ,but I didn't receive any email. I tried several times but no email. please help me what should I do?

Tried to transfer funds back and forth. Currently have funds stuck and also marked as unavailable. Been stuck this way for 3 weeks now so I think I've been ridiculously patient. Also seems like they're not replying to reviews so it looks like they don't care about their app anymore?????
