Because transparency and accountability are two of the most critical needs of his customers, Kevin worked with the Reliant Parking software development team to build this functionality into the Reliant permit management system. Daily contact with many Reliant customers also helps to give the Reliant Parking team an accurate picture of how people are using the system and where improvements can be made.

This service completely takes away all control of the people living in the apartment complexes that use it. The app and website also do not match up, there are several issues with guests receiving their permits to begin with, and Reliant expects people to PRINT their guests permits?!? It's 2020! This entire service is beyond absurd. Reliant is just another useless company trying to make easy money without improving anyone's life.

Useless without an account. No instructions to create an account.
After Reliant Parking updated their app i can now use it accordingly with my job. Reliant has been extremely communicative and responsive in regards to my issues. I will now put my rating back at 5 stars.
