Users with newer Samsung phones need to uninstall the app then reinstall. I did the update this morning and it still didn't work. I decided to uninstall and reinstall and now it's working fine.
Was GREAT while it was working. But all of a sudden it just won't open anymore. I have called uninstalled reinstalled and all but givenup. galaxy s8+
My favorite banking app for my local bank.....professional & easy to use with alot of features including great security features.
Not able to use the app anymore since update uninstall reinstall restart phone nothing worked i guess its just Samsung phones that is affected cause everyone else's is ok
It's an ok app , does what it needs to do i guess. You can transfer freely between accounts and view them, also you can manage card limits etc . There are some limitations , for some odd reason , you can log in with your finger print , but to transfer money between accounts , your asked for the password ... That really makes 0 sense. Overall , ok for what it is and does , doesnt seem to have any harmful spyware or ads.
In comparison with my previous bank's app this app's layout is not as user friendly from the phone.

It never works!!!! Ugh I'm frustrated with this app. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Restarted my phone on a number of occasions and it's been literal weeks that this doesn't work. I love Forcht back (or I did) but not being able to access this app is really frustrating especially since the stupid ATM machines with live chat are down just as frequently...
Ive had many bank options. Forcht Bank app is by far the best! So easy!! Love the instant transfers and balances, deposit check scanning and the ease of any needs right at my fingertips - and it WORKS without technical issues! I have 3 accounts I can navigate without confusion. Thank you Forcht Bank, you've made my financial life simple!
Giving 3 stars just for the app but as far as the actual banking experience goes is 0 stars. I just opened an account last week and deposited a check to open it. I'm ok with the 7 day hold on it and that's no problem. What I'm not ok with is they have already put my account at -$5 because they have already charged me for the monthly paper statement that I've never gotten. My account was in the negative on the day I opened it so they can have the $5 because I'm closing my account.
Forcht is such a breath of fresh air! The app is user friendly which is greatly appreciated. If I ever have a question, there is always someone to talk to, you never get thrown into voice mail!. Most of my banking is done on the mobile app, however when I need to physically go into the bank, the staff always greets you when you walk in. They are always helpful, courteous and respectful. If you're looking for a great bank, try Forcht. They are worth switching over for.

it is great for seeing your balance. But the mobie deposit fails alot and you get no notice of failing. it looks like it goes thru fine but then a day or two later when the deposit does not show up you invesigate and it says failure in mobile deposit history. i use mobile deposit with chase and Huntington all the time and they work great.
This newly updated version doesn't work on any of my devices. The home screen loads but I can't type in any login information-it's frozen. I have deleted and re downloaded this app on 3 devices and it still doesn't work. It worked before it updated itself....
There were lots of things that if I were the PRESISENT of Forcht Bank I would have you change. I had a Forcht internet acct. It was not made clear at all that to do photo deposit, I could not do that from Online app and that the Mobile app was distict from the online app, even though I have been using the online app from from my droid for a year. In trying, in vain, to search through the online app I saw this bar of icons across the top. These icons were anything but sel (cut off by your limit
Used to be 5 starts but ever since the new update the app tells me there's an error and won't allow me to attempt to log in at all or it tells me it can't validate my credentials the developers really need to fix this broken app and fast I'm seriously thinking about switching banks because of this!!!
Bugged and wonky. Doesnt seem to work worth anything since last update and every so often pops up a notification about a Debug menu setting. Not sure what it is asking there.
App stopped working,,,,, called bank to see if there were any issues and I was told ,NONE... I called and talked to my carrier for 2 days and did everything short of factory restart,, NOTHING,,, called the bank back and now was told that Forcht had a new update and my phone is now uncompatible...been using it for a year , now nothing... NOT HAPPY
Very easy to deposit and transfer funds.
Never has banking been so much easier. To be able to access and make deposits or transfers with this app is amazing. I highly recommend this app if you have an account with Forcht Bank..and if you dont.. recommend you open one today.
App doesn't open most of the time. Constantly says it doesn't recognize my login information. YES I know my password and username. App is garbage since last update.
Great App. Except it doesn't work on my s22 android. I called the the bank about it they said it's not updated and it's been(2) months!!! .I bet if mr forcht no's about it it will get fixed!
Getting into my account has been a struggle for me, there's always been an issue with my password, even when I clearly know what it is. Once I've gotten into it, however, it's been very user-friendly and I haven't had any problems otherwise.
3 or 4 days go by and the purchases are just now showing up. This should be instant not delayed. It makes it difficult to manage the account.
Easy to use, features are easily enabled with customer service if not immediately available, and the folks are helpful. Makes banking pretty simple.
The app will not open. it opens and then blinks shut. Very frustrating and I went to the bank today to get my recent activity but it didn't show the bills I paid this morning
It has been changed and now I have difficulties getting checks deposited. The camera change the whole app change is absolutely terrible. Looks cheap and hard to read now. Why was it even changed!!!
This is a good application for mobile banking. I don't have much comparison, but it has served my purposes very well. I frequently use it's 'Mobile Deposit' feature, which makes it easy and convenient to deposit a check from the comfort of my home.
Sucks, the app the never works expecially when you need it to. You can't ever log in, it freezes or tells you that your log in is incorrect.
App used to be pretty good. But after their March 2022 update, it no longer works. Only a white screen, it never loads. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. This is a good portion of why they're NOT my primary bank. The other is because they have a full branch office near me... With NO ATM. Seriously?
