Can't even login downloaded this app so that i could easily check my car payments and have all my car information in one place. But i cant even login. I keep getting a message that my information is incorrect but I can open everything in a web page on my phone, so I know I have the right login information. Very disappointed that it doesn't work at all. if i could give Zero stars I would.
I have the Ford interest advantage app but it keeps telling me to enroll my phone and then it tells me that my phone is already in use but don't allow me to log in. What's going on??? Its very frustrating for this app supposed to make accessible and incomplicated but it works the opposite it's impossible.
Uploaded app and tried to use transfer money tab. Message came back saying I had no linked bank accounts. This is after I just transfered money on the website not more then 10 minutes earlier. What is the story?
This app is for people who have invested in Ford Motor Credit. This app will not allow you to access your Ford Motor Credit loan information or account. It would be nice if they had an app, but apperantly they dont.
The worst. Doesn't recognize your ID or Password. Very primitive but it used to work at least. Just access the website online to get in. This app is useless and they don't care.
Says app update required Iupdated,but the app gets stuck at the loading screen and will not allow logon. Then it does it again loop de loop.
Haven't been able to open for almost a week. Continually getting message that "data network busy or not available".
Been using this app for years now it wants me to update it been trying all day. I give up . I will deposit my check into the Chase Bank app., I know it will work!
Does not work for paying on a ford credit car note. Ford needs to make an app so i dont have to use the website every month.

This app is not used to manage your vehicle financing account or to schedule your car payments at Ford Credit. Please use the FordPass mobile app, click on My Account, Ford Credit Manage Payments. Your Ford Credit user-id and password with not work on the Ford Interest Advantage app, which is for investors of the Ford Credit demand note product.
I'm having same problem, won't let me login. Says my info is incorrect but I can use it on my home computer.
Removed my external account so i was unable able transfer two.
After the reply from the developers, I don't blame the app. thank you for the clarification.

Love the app
App kept saying it needed an update but would not update. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it keeps telling me my username and password are invalid which it is not.
Keeps saying my application is out of date but it won't update. When I go to app store all it has is open and uninstall but clicking open says it needs and update but then just loads and never finishes
Keeps telling me to update the app every time I open it. I haven't been able to use the app since I initially downloaded it. Its garbage.
"Data network is busy or unavailable." For 2 days now, they say I'm the only person having this problem, but someone else posted same issue today! Please call and complain if you have the issue. 99.99% sure not an issue on my end. I've been using app for years A unreliable app. Very surprising that they have not made it more user friendly. Remote deposit function doesn't allow flash or easy capture. Not related, but endorsement requirement it's ridiculous with ford/northern trust. App sub par!
