Fordeal - shop everything for you

Had I read some of the views written about this app, I wouldn't have downloaded it, let alone go into business therein. My order was cancelled due to 'stock out'. My money was never refunded. No way to contact anyone. It was just written: 'Refund has been issued. Bank transfer processing.' Almost a month now, no refund, no item... unfortunate. I finally believe that this app is not only useless, but also not trustworthy. Up till now, no refund, no item even with the email sent, nothing. Sham!

Its not a Good app...somany different products are available here...but shipping cost are more than products.example me order 1 case for 25 dhs.but shipping charge is 50 dhs..that's why am not purchasing this app...especially cash on delivery not available here...please change your method ..ok..

My experience by shopping in fordeal, was so good.product is good quality,their services is good.i like this apps so much coz, i can find what ever i want .its a really good shopping online.thanks much to fordeal

For me its better than amazon ans other similar apps Easy to order no extra charges Items delivered same as shown on pics No delay when delivering 24/7 customer service helping Cheap and good quality items

Bad app .. I don't recommend this app because I ordered phone cases everything was fine until I received a phone call from Fordeal they told me that half of the phone cases I got ran out and I asked how can I get the money that I paid they told me it will be in my wallet so I kept on checking everyday for almost a week and I did not get anything and the other half of the phone cases I ordered never came its been a month and I did not receive anything.

Worst experience ever,and worst customer service ,they can't solve my problem,my order for more than 32 days and not delivered yet and they don't want to refund my money as i didn't recieve any products,i regret this experience

Most stuff i bought here are to my happy satisfaction love Fordeal only issue is aramex courier day very bad with deliveries and delayed my items even before coronavirus restrictions came in place please change courier service and thanks for this wonderful app to buy anything u need...

Great apps for online shopping. Been using in KSA and the delivery has been very fast. Regularly good sales, cashback on reviews and responsive customer care.

It is very easy to order the products and seems to have a quality product but i havn't seen the product yet.

Very bad experience, more than 15 days my order is still in China, nobody can follow up or support, robot customer service is repeating same words ...maximum estimated time is almost finished and no response

I'm very disappointed with the clothes on Fordeal. The materials are cheap, sewing and finishing bad, no matter what size you choose it still comes to you small. The pictures doesn't represent the product one receives. It was a waste of money. The shoes in the picture I paid for I didn't even recognize when I opened up the pack. It was TOTALLY different and too cheap for what I paid for it. I mean I've bought things online without seeing them physically and they were on point but these......

I am not really that satisfied. The delivery is fine. But the items I don't think so, I don't like the quality of some of the items picture quite deceiving, they said you will get money back after you give review but it's a lie till now they did not give money back. Please stop lying to your customer. Thanks

worse experience with Corier company.. no msg no contact, no call .. I waited for long time but seriously untill now no contact.. for deal is good and there product. but cos Corier company is worst no receive call no customer service talking🤦

It's a great app but you need to be careful. I had ordered some amazing phone cases, very cute wallets and long gowns from the app. I have had issues with few of the clothes I recieved and had to return them they only pay you back a partial payment since they have to send the money back and there are charges for that. Best advice is to look for reviews. The app needs to keep the reviews open for a longer period of time.

I was shopping in Fordeal 2 days ago,I was searching for a52 covers and sukuna's keychains ..they were existed in the last 2 days , I am searching for them but lm not even finding any of them..idk what has happened fordeal..
