Changed phones and lost all of my progress and boosters. All other gamesearn gems anymore to saved my progress and they transferred to new phone. Also, can't earn gems in order to continue game.
Would of been more if I hadn't had to start again got a new phone down loaded app again reconected to facefook and my google agsin and all progress is lost ....... tried to get help with several messages and no response .. have uninstalled

got a new phone, down loaded the game it took away my progress,i even had the perminet extra lives. thought maybe i had it on to many devices so i deleted those too. not happy.

I enjoy this game for the most part but I have been cheated out of gems more than once. I do what it says to do in order to get"free" gems (watch ads,log in with Facebook etc.) But then I don't get the promised gems. So I uninstalled it
