Forever 21

The app is always freezing. Makes it very difficult to browse products or make a purchase. A little box always pops up on the screen saying "Error occurred. Please contact customer service". I just gave up and spent my money somewhere else. This app is not worth the headache. Neither is browsing through their stores, way too much junk to sort through to find something you like. If the app keeps crashing I don't think they'll be in business for long lol

Installed the app bc nothing would open on the website- reviews, etc. But the app doesn't have the same filters as the website to narrow down your search. On the website you can filter dresses by length, sleeve length, etc., but the app only has 3 filters, size, color, and price, so you have to scroll through 1,000s of dresses you're not interested in, which is a huge waste of time. Or, you can search by categories, "casual, cocktail, going out, formal, work, etc, still not helpful at all.

Slowest Site Ever - The App and website is the same. It stop scrolling, pictures of the items disappears, it hard to check out because it a major delay. Quick view take forever to open to see a item. The can have move sales and revenue if the site wasn't so slow. Update as of 4/11/2022 - the app doesn't let you select an item to purchase. Foever 21 is losing sales and can make more money if the app or website work properly

The website is sooo slow no matter what browser I use, so thought I'd use the app. I can't sign into my account no matter how many times I try and the cart empties when you close the app. Clearly the company does not care since the app hasn't been updated in months. Edit: The app has been updated and is working, so upping my star count.

The item loading issue seems have been fixed. However now it won't add items to favorites or delete something from the cart. Update: the issues seem to be fixed but it takes a long time to load an item description or favorite an item, but at least it works.

Cannot check out successfully because the app is so slow to process payment. The first time I paid via PayPal, I got an error that the order didn't go through, but got a confirmation from PayPal. Then I tried to pay with my debit card and that order failed to process too. Really annoying.

I feel like they just can't get this app right. There is so much wrong with this app that date back to November 2020 when they 1st ruined it, and it's been progressively worse since then. One thing gets "fixed" but 10 more things are "broken" in the process. From missing orders, to being kicked out of the app, to being told your cart limit is 100 items (when it's really only 20), makes you wonder if their bankruptcy made them cut back on software engineers

Waste of time. All items say out of stock when I click add to cart, despite my search being refined and the items showing as available. I'll miss out on the sale items I want because the app is too difficult to use.

FFS Forever21!!!!! Can you do Anything right? THIS APP IS TRASH. Every item I click on leads to a blank template. Stop being such amateurs and noobs about your business and technology. Thanks for mailing me that Hightlight powder kit from LimeCrime that was completely crushed and useless. That's a $38 item. Do better.

They're offering a promo for in-app purchases so now the app won't open at all, I assume because traffic is too high. Kind of pointless to have an app that doesn't work when there's a sale.

I search for an item-example hooded jacket, numerous items appear, I choose one of the items to look at, the screen just sits blank. Nothing shows.

very frustrating, closes every few minutes and doesn't give correct results. cute clothes but i didn't buy anything just because of how frustrated i got.

Won't even let me Input my address and check out, says: invalid address. Yeah right everything I've ever bought has been sent to me, at my current address smh. Please fix these app problems. I'm using an android too.

Seems to have a major bug, getting error message and the whole app is blank, no products.

Really Bad experience with them.. Ordered my things , never got them .. The delivery person took a picture , then took the box back with them..Forever 21 , not only took the money out the account , but refuse to replace my items... I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this ..I bought a hundred nd change worth of items from them , nd i refuse to let them think they're right about how they handled this situation...

I always have to leave the app and go onto google's website to use my coulons and complete my purchase whats the point of the app if i cannot ever checkout with a f21 cc at that makes no sense for over 2 years its always some issue

Convenient shopping. Kinda disappointed plus size line. Need update looks more variety.

The clothes are super cute and all of that, but I get extremely annoyed at the app shutting down every few minutes. It's tedious, and when I'm scrolling down window shopping, I don't want to be interuppted by it closing off and sending me back to the home screen. I hope that this and the annoying wishlist bug can be fixed. The heart in the corner takes forever to show up black (letting you know you liked it.) Overall very buggy app.

While its significantly faster running than the web browser version there are two major problems with the app. 1) It crashes unexpectedly and you have to reopen the app and search for the same items again. 2) The promo codes cannot be applied on the app, at all. The 40% off coupon code for the app does not work, I know which items it applies to. I put in another code that applies perfectly fine on the web browser version, but not on the app. The app really needs some work. 2/5

What happened? Did your tech people quit? Navigation is an absolute nightmare. The cart is a mess. Cant delete sold out items. The app lags. The overall look is just lazy. I just checked it now and all the pictures are zoomed in...Seriously, what happened? I really don't want to try to find a store that actually has the plus size section. Just let me buy my stuff online please. I don't know what's happening, but fix it.

Update: Login work, loading works. Personally, I'm annoyed with the whole back-clicking thing. You constantly have to click on the button on the top left or else it'll take you back to the front page. You also have a limit (20) to how much you can add to your cart now. The previous update is much better.

I've only had one issue and there is always an issue when it comes to technology but it's a small issue I have to refresh the page to get it to work right when looking at my ❤️

Update is terrible. Barcode scanning feature completely gone. Bring this back please; it is very helpful for finding sizes online that are sold out in store, and for finding matching tops/bottoms. I also like to see how an item looks on the model. The 'add to waitlist' feature is gone in this version. The pop up bolt cart screen does not show which items are final sale. The old app was SO MUCH BETTER. This version is unshoppable.

Cool idea since the website never works for me but now this glitches and freezes all the time. I'll click the pic and then nothing pops up. I have to hit the back button then try it again. it also gives me the loading icon a lot. Much like a lot of what Forever 21 sells. Cute idea but cheap execution. Also make sure to disable the push notifications. I get them 5 times a day and it's super annoying

When I click on an item, and scroll down, there are about 5 items you can scroll through, labeled as "You Might Also Like." However, these items are not usually at all similar to the item I was interested in. Even worse, it seems to always be a mix of about the same 15-20 pieces of apparel, half of which are Out of Stock! I can remember a time when it wasn't this bad. It wasn't perfect but it has really gone downhill.

The app is fine. Could be a little better to navigate and I wish there was a feature where I could make specific wish lists. I hate that you can only have one wish list and it's limited to 100 items. The biggest issue I have is their shipping. If it says it will arrive in 5-10 days the company better make sure it gets there. My Thanksgiving dress is now useless because it won't arrive until the day AFTER Thanksgiving and I made sure I ordered early. It took them five days to find and ship 2 items? Had they done it within a day or two like usual I wouldn't have had an issue. Even when paying for expedited shipping my orders arrive late and they are based in LA so I don't see why it's so difficult.

Works poorly. Doesn't save my cart. Trying to search for items is a trial. Looked for a specific hooded sweatshirt on iPhone and found it. Went to Samsung Galaxy phone and couldn't bring it up no matter what I put in search window! Ridiculous! App closed out 3 times while trying to shop. Website was just as bad. Wish I could set shipping notifications.

I love the cute items. some stuff are kinda pricey. But, the coupon code does help a little bit. thanks. my only problem is that the shipping is kinda slow & doesnt update very well about whats going on with your orders. So, i didnt really have a good first time buying online experience on this app. I hope, it goes well for others. My other problem is that I'm trying to give reviews on the items i brought. But, it wont let me submit. This app loads really slow.
