The app needs to be updated..... Too many supplements from day 3 onwards. It would be nice if you could click undo. And also to check off the meals when done. Also there's no option just for a plain shake! Other than that the app is well laid out and at least you can see the exercises and options for food.
Pls improve. The App is very useful. However it is limited. I didn't realise that I entered incorrect details in Day 1 and there is no option to correct it. The app is also not consistent with the program in the booklet. It would be more helpful if they show the same.
This app it is really good organized but unfortunately doesn't function properly, the first 3 days I was able to check all the empty spots, but from day 4 the Lunch section didn't work anymore, I couldn't check the empty boxes anymore, I couldn't check that I was taking Garcinia and Therm !!!! Please make the app work !
This is a poor apps. almost 1 year and nothing is fixed. Slow, it does clode by itself, cannot see the whole screen, cannot edit your meal if you entered a meal by mistake.... how about replacing the button "DONE" by "SAVE" so it's clear!!! There is a mistake on the daily amount of aloe to take!!! it's 1 time per day from 3rd day but it says 3 times per day!!!! ALLOOO!!!! It is best to not do things if it's not done professionally!!! Was all that meant to just save the fees for the booklet!!!!
Wanted the app to avoid pen and paper, after installment the app didn't want to recognise my email. After having read the problems other people have experienced, I uninstalled it again. If it had been possible to rate negative, I would have. Please improve this app. I need it for myself and my clients
Considering the price of the Programmes the app is beyond disappointing! If your following the C9 you can't add in the food the shakes that come with the pack. If you go into food entry more than once, whether you change anything or not, it adds more food. The Quantities of tablets and gel don't match the book.... Its your book... Its your program... Is it not your app too?? Considering the price of the box the app severely let's the overall professionalism of the brand down.
I can't even keep the app open! What kinda useless thing is this? It says not responding when I open the stupid app and that's it. It won't even open for me to actually use it! Infuriating! It's just white...completely blank until it tells me that it's not responding. Ugh!!! So frustrating! Uninstalled and reinstalled but still.
Does not show the full page on the screen and no option to scroll down. Can only see 75% of each page. I set measurements to metric for cm, kg ets but the water intake shows OZ instead of ML. Some bugs need to be fixed please
App is not user friendly. Doesn't allow me to log in with any of the listed platforms. Keeps telling me that incorrect password or email address. Frustrating
The app could be good, if it would correspond to the content of the C9 starter pack I bought. Also it should be possible to uncheck checked boxes and correct wrong inputs. The C9 program itself is great and recommendable.
If there was a negative I will give it a negative rating, this App does not work at all. It kicked me out on day 3 for C9 and after that I couldn't login. With today's technology we cannot go around with papers capturing our information, we need an application that works. It has discouraged me for future use of the products as well.
Was fine when working but like others now it won't open. I've uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it but it still won't open and I'm on day 3. Very frustrating as it had all my data on it.
This app is bugged. Doesn't let you register the supplements, then near the end it doesn't let you register anything. Avoid it at all cost, use the paper. Much better. Please fix it!
App has been great up until day 6 of my program, and is no longer working. App won't open at all even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
I am not able to sign in. Then when I finally pass one of the sign up options the app just comes off. So, I don't get to complete the set up.
Was great for first 2 days! On day 4 app had glitches and couldn't enter my progress. Recipe Menus did not display only pork and beans . Became an inconvenience. The app is a waste of time!
The app worked for 8 days and then stopped showing the supplements for lunch time. I then moved on to f15 and now its not opening at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled it still not opening.
I used the app to follow a Forever Clean 9 program. App is very good and easy to use, but it has some flaws. For example in C9 program it says days 3 to 9 you have to drink aloe gel to lunch, but that is not correct, not according to official C9 brochure...
The app is excellent when working, very motivating. However it has not been working for the last 10 days. I have contacted the marketing team, but I still have not received any feedback.
I would give it 4 stars from when it was working however it won't open since I updated the app!!!! And I'm in the middle of my Clean 9.
Loved it until day 4. Ever since day 4 not all the supplements appear so I can check them off . And I wish you could register half cm as well instead of only a full cm loss.
App will not let me input my measurements except weight. I can't load how much water I have drunk and the exercise element throws me out of the app altogether.
It is confusing. Showing me I done with all my meals and I still haven't done with my diner yet. The booklet shows different cal then the app. Which one should I follow? 🤔

The last day of the C9 programme is bugged. You can't put in the lunch or select the supplements, preventing you from finishing the programme fully. It would be nice if the separate measurements were saved instead of just the total amount of cm. As a vegetarian I would like the options to remove all the default meals containing meat or fish. An option to select which type of exercise you did would also be nice. Basically you need to keep a separate diary as the app is not complete.
