Feedback. The app allows for notifications but doesn't let you name it or choose date. I don't understand, it's so simple. There is also no feedback option in the app.
It's the 3rd day I use the watch and no sleep data recorded. I can't set the watch to record my sleep data, because it's said it's automatic. Any suggestions how I can see and record my data? Another problem is the spontaneous disconnection to my phone. Thank you!
Every update makes the experience worse, no firmware updates for watch and now even watch face menu dissappeared so im stuck with the one i set up before updating the app. Bug reports don't get taken seriously and no answer for the one i wrote still after months. All over buggy and bad experience.
Support from the developers none!!!!!!!!!. The watch although set to allow notifications not recognising the settings. Adio can not be turned off. I don't want to talk through the watch but use my phone.
It keeps disconnecting my watch, I don't receive messages and it constantly turns of my alarm on Sunday. I switched it on like hundred times and it keeps turning off.
Same issue as A google user! Watch phone can not be disabled, because synchronization is aborted if you turn off BT setting for Calls. This update did not solve anything.
It's good but for some reason the app keeps saying 'warning! Some of the permissions required by this app are not enabled properly. Click for details'..but all permissions are on and there's no further info on what the problem is
At first glance serms to be great. Easy to pair and setup, all functionality works as intended. UI is clear and concise.
sleep time is not being accurately recorded. on top of that, you should consider that not everyone is sleeping only between 21 and 9, some people work during the night and sleep during the day. sleep is sleep and should be recorded anytime it occurs.
Reporters are really poor. Export to Strava doesn't work. Connection with Google Fit doesn't work. Generally using this app is pointless.
The integration with Google fit does not work, it says "failed" error message. Please fix this. Thanks
This app is constantly disconnecting with the watch even though my phone is in my purse. I am not receiving messages or phones when I do not connect it again
After the last update the highest possible walking goal is 10 000 steps and the app doesn't show the rest of the steps... I hate that...
I get sw 600_V1.1 and I can't even connect with my phone 🤬 I had 2 phones and I can't connect with phone. I tried with both. So I hope so soon I will get answer how to connect
Just recieved and set up. Went for my walk which I know is 5km and generally 6500 steps for me. It recorded it as 1.3km, 1300 steps...not happy at all
I regret updating to The last update for sw 300 botched prefered layout, and won't show awake time proberly on the graph, invest in another watch, Devs write your updates in basic language.
App will not connect to Smartwatch and the English language is grammatically incorrect.
Really good app. Also, could you guys please add Signal messager functionality? I really would need it. Thanks.

X12 Smart Watch For Good App
Dear Forever Smart This Application does a Force Shutdown when I try to run the app on my Huawei P9 also the notification part does not work as I have enabled notifications on my watch and in settings but still it says sync failed I have tried everything.
I can't seem to access the remind function no matter how hard I try. Also it would be great if you had easy access to a digital manual of the phone.
