FOREX.com: Trade Forex, Gold and Silver

Update 1.0 I've been using a few different Forex apps, still I think this is one of the best out there but with lots glitches. At times I can't login, saying that UID and PWD is not correct but in the meantime I'm logged in from a different device without issues. Also, I created a few layouts and I can't delete them! They disappear temporarily but they are still there! I tried everything but it won't delete anything!

Easy to use, but it's slow. I have to shut the app down and start it up way too often. It also needs better control over the timeframe for currency exchange. It would also be nice to have a preview of the margins before clicking on each individual. Much better now with new interface for stops and limits I am giving 5 stars now.

Pretty cool app. Could be a little more user friendly. But mainly the widgets could work properly by being more customizable and running in the background (auto refresh), without having the open the main app everytime. Maybe the dashboard could be customizable to show either Forex or Popular Markets, even better the choice of one or either. Statements for forwarding by date range would be pretty spectacular!!!!

Randomly decides to delete my stop losses and limits on orders even though I've triple checked they're set. Very dangerous because of this. Also it's annoying that it clears out the input boxes for trades and orders when you minimize the app. Charts are slow to load and glitchy, sometimes condensing the entire chart into one bar on higher time scales. The version before the last major update was vastly better than now.

Been using the app about 2 weeks now. Work fine at first soon as I learned how to trade I figured out the app was really below basic. You should not have to change screens every time you want to do something. To place a bid you go through 5-6 screens before you can get back 2 the screen you started with. Should not have to leave the graph screen to place to place a bid, exit a bid or edit a bid. you should not have to resetting all of your settings every time you leave a screen.

Inconvenient navigation. Cannot modify stop losses from chart - have to go to edit position itself (and remember exact price where I want to put my stop loss), and then it returns me back to all positions screen. Please add more indicators, ones present are complete rubbish. App is good only to check your current profit/loss and terminate trades...

Overall not a bad app..one major problem is that unlike almost all other forex apps, this one will not let a limit for a pending order become an associated order once the pending order becomes an active position. So when the limit is reached, the active position closes but another automatic position is opened up without your permission. Reason why even with pending orders with a limit you can't sleep peacefully smh

I don't understand all the negative reviews, this app works fine! It does freeze/take a while to load every so often but that's probably partly due to my bad internet. Withdrawals are very quick and easy - PayPal is instant and bank was the next day. Definitely recommend.

Everyone should visit: (CNNTRADE. COM) to register the best trading platform. It's fast withdraw and you can copy trade. Changed to Trading View charts! I love it. I've enjoyed this app for awhile, but these charts are definitely going to help me with technical analysis

I've noticed the app is rather slow. Charts fail to update in a reasonable time period. On the overview P/L doesn't update in real time. I would NOT recommend this app/broker until these issues are resolved. You could be on your phone trading only to find out the trade was heading south with out updating. This causes major issues with active traders :(

I had high hopes for this app but I tried to add funds to my account yesterday and I kept getting an error message when I tried to do it by card, so I did a bank transfer, the money has left my account but they haven't put it into my forex account, so at the moment I am unable to trade, they emailed asking for some details so they could put the money onto my account but it still hasn't gone on and they are not responding to my emails now. Not happy

I can't even login on my forex account, it keeps saying that << unable to establish a network connection. Please ensure you have adequate data connectivity.>> helloooo my wifi is working and my data speed is really good; so what's the problem????

Update brings a lot more to the table. Too bad charts wont load. Says I have no connection, even though when I go to preview the app, charts load just fine. And this is AFTER multiple uninstalls/ reinstalls.

App is amazing, lots of useful tools and design is easy to adopt to. Better than most other apps out there. The issues that needs to be worked on is slower update time. Once this is fixed, this should be #1 app!

Tricked by the simulator game they have. They make the simulation seem easy and simple with just two buttons. That's what I was expecting. Also BTC/USD is not offered in real time? Only with pretend money and a red and green button making this seem like the easiest thing on the planet? Explain to me how to get two buttons sell or buy like the SIM and BTC/USD and I will give 5 stars, Thanks.

signed up..downloaded the app to test the demo account. I absolutely cannot login. The login button doesn't work. I've uninstalled...reinstalled and restarted my device and nothing. I'm really excited about trading but HELP!!

Not sure what everyone saying they have login issues. Mine works perfectly. Order fill quickly, alerts go off as set. All around good app. Would like to see drawing tools for charts added

horrible. The app worked just fine. There was a major update and now everytime i log in my log in times out. i called customer service they say there nothing can do. I've been emailing and chating back forth. I all got was sorry for your inconvenience but we done all we can. They didn't even try to escalate the issue.

started using app in April 2019. was working well. But in May it stopped working. Can not log in, shows server error. This app need attention to get this back to normal working condition, if not, I believe loads of people will leave platform.

this thing keeps shutting off and restarting, if I wasn't on a demo account I wouldn't be using this app. that's just risk management, nothing personal. I would appreciate some kind of guarantee this can be fixed or I will be forced to another platform.

The app used to work great...but the last week something has changed and now stop/loss orders are not respected by your system at all. I have plenty of snapshots documenting this. Everytime I call I'm put on hold. The automated chat bot doesn't offer any assistance. There is a reason this market is regulated. So that companies cant just take your money. But now it seems Forex can't be trusted and they just do whatever they want? Guess its time to go elsewhere...

This app is the worst. You create a login and they get your information and you cant log back in. Even if you do forget password you input the correct information and it tells you its incorrect. The contact information to call customer service isnt even from United States. I suggest you dont download this app for your own security purposes. Thanks, Grace

When I try and search for currency pairs within the list of markets, the app continues to say no results found. Even when I try to manually enter in pairs, nothing pops up. I cant even begin to trade with this problem. mT4 was way better

I absolutely LOVE the app. The only downside is the lag. Today I tried to trade and none of the charts were showing. It said network error or something.

Good app, not the best, but it could be...definitely not the worst...and it is legit. Takes a few days to get your money withdrawn and thats fair and to be expected. Very simple to use and straightforward. Traders (New): Try to be patient, i would stay away from market, plan ahead and make limit plays. True, you can open an account with $100, i recommend between 1-2k initial learning curve investment, never sleep on trades either. Great app just be watchful and calm your emotions and learn.

Wanted to prove whether the negative comments about log in was true. Indeed it is. Registered on web platform without trouble but after downloading the app, the app well shows no internet connection when WiFi is clearly reaching a strong 1.1Mb/s. Disappointing indeed. The support team should take this 1 star comments into consideration.
