FAQ's
QUESTION: What's the difference between the Free and Premium version?
ANSWER: The Free version has less Forex pairs, and has a limited total number of pending alerts. However the Free version has no Ads, and uses the same real-time price feed and other features. The free version is fine if you mostly trade major Forex pairs and only require a few pending alerts at a time.
QUESTION: Can I make the alert sound a custom ringtone?
ANSWER: Yes, but only for Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. Earlier versions of Android don't support ringtone tone sounds for notifications.
To add a custom ringtone notification sound, you'll first need to add your custom ringtone file to the downloads/notifications folder. Then go to the App's Settings / Sounds and select your custom ringtone from the list. Custom ringtones provide a way to create longer duration alert sounds.
QUESTION: Is the Forex price data real-time or delayed?
ANSWER: The Forex quotes are real-time, for both the free and premium versions.
QUESTION: Does the App need to be running to receive an alert?
ANSWER: No. The App uses Google's messaging service. Our server continually checks your alerts and will send a notification message to your device if the trigger condition is reached.
QUESTION: I set an alert, but didn't receive a message when it was triggered.
ANSWER: There could be several reasons. Firstly, go to Android settings, and make sure that notifications are enabled for the App. Also make sure your device is not in a silent mode, and the volume isn't muted.
Messages are sent from Google's messaging server. If your device has poor signal quality, or the network connection between Google's servers and your device is disrupted for some reason, there's a chance the message won't be received.
So to ensure reliability, make sure your device has a stable internet connection, and is using a good quality ISP.
QUESTION: Does the App run in split screen mode
ANSWER: Yes.

This app is ideal for all FX crosses. I'm able to set my own personal sounds for my alerts,and it hits right when it needs to. A strong suggestion,if you're going to use it,is to place your alert at least 100 points away from your intended price,which will give you the leeway to react appropriately to maximize your profits. I bought the premium,and it has been my best investment,in relation to apps,that I have made!!
Waste of money. The app is useless. Incompetent support team. The app only updates triggered alerts when I open the app. I did all the settings but still faced the same problem. Tested on various internet connections, still there were no changes Sent and email to support with screen shots of all my settings showing that I did everything correctly , but only responded twice . After that they ignored my emails . As far as rating is concerned, It's a zero for me.
(Purchased version). Works well as expected. Save time for not starring at Tradingview movements. Wishlist: (1) different alert sound/ringtone for each alert items. (2) More flexible parameters, e.g.: Alert if price move up or move down (to xxxx), alert if hit/crossing price xxxx. Anyway, well done to built a simple yet effective alert as alternate to tradingview alerts!! (3) export historical alerts to a text/csv for purpose of analysis.
Great 👍 app makes my trading life alot easier and I can actually save my eyes since I don't of to be watching the screen and also have a better sleep pattern, only reason for 4 star is that I would love to change each currency pair being watched to a different color everything is black, maybe that can be an upgrade.
Could you please add the option that allows custom ringtone for notifications? When im asleep, The default 'message' ringtones don't wake me up :( Update: Has all the useful features. Best Fx alert app I managed to find. Update: Hands down the best alert app you can get. All necessary features you need to stay updated about the price.
Best app ever...I love it! It's simple and very useful if you're a Forex trader. I can set alerts if price moves up or down for multiple pairs. Can you please add Crypto pairs to your app?
Seems to do well what it claims to do. Would be nice to be able to set more than one threshold for a particular currency. (That's why only 4 stars.) So far, push notifications worked flawlessly, even when offline. Easy to use interface. Rates are accurate and reliable enough for my daily business. Overall, I am happy with this app.
It's perfect. It does what it says it does. Went ahead and bought it. Now I don't waste my time looking at the charts the whole time. Removes all the emotional attachment from the market and ensures I don't second guess myself. Funny enough this little app has made me more consistent with my entries
It's great. Has helped me enter a handful of profitable trade entries and catched trend reversals/retracements. However it's missing the bigger currencies. (Indices, Energies, and Cryptos) currencies. Hopefully that will be implemented soon. 👍
Not satisfied with the app. It sends alert almost 1 hour late. Pls look into it. It sends alert when apps are open on top when it goes into background it doesn't even though I have given permission to use battery and data in background.
Absolute musy have for all Forex Traders. This has helped me make strategic exits and entries into positions. No need to sit and watch Forex candlesticks all day! Set an alert and relax knowing your phone will alarm you! Also love the ability to customize the ringtone! Mine is a "Ku'Ching" sound! Paid for Premium and have been raking in the gains daily!
I bought this app but There is a problem in android. We can't customize ring tones and we can't delete the order but they gave us "delete all" even the pointer + AND - doesn't work. The problems are mensioned previously from the replys here. support team plz check the Android app of this version to understand the real prb.
I would have rated it 5 stars if there was an option to alert on close of candle. There are many alert indicators out there but they all alert on the break and that is fine. However, many pro traders take signals off of candle close to avoid false signals. An alerter that can alert on close sets it apart from the pack.
There is room for improvement. -1 star for showing only pips. Pipettes are not remotely considered, so much so that the devs had no decency to reply to my email/suggestion (even a negative reply would have been welcome). For info, pipettes are the 5th decimal place whereas pips are values with 4 d.p. -1 star for no option to restore trigered alerts. I have to do them one by one manually for a large number of entries. For a paid app, this ought to have been implemented from the start.
It is a good and accurate app it misses 2 things 1. The search bar for the pairs which makes it easier and faster to use 2. Stocks and commodities alerts. Other than that it is a perfect app
I must say. I am in love with this app, on the android phone you can even customize the notification sound so I know exactly when I need to enter or exit. Not to be confused with a text or WhatsApp. Thank you so much to the people who coded this because now I dont have to stare at my screen and depend on the alerts set on mt4.
On galaxy note 10+. I can't get this to keep running in the background. It doesn't show up in application list to keep running always. Very frustrating
I bought the the app but i have a problem with the alerts. It does not ring when price hits the mark, it notifies silently but does not ring tho i changed from settings that it would do that. I will give 5 stars if i could get a fix for that.
Reducing the stars for not including a Q and A abt the pairs that are included in the Free version. Only after downloading and installing, did I understand that XAU is not supported by free version. Only few currency pairs are included
Very accurate. Best small investment in a tool that is priceless. No need to watch a chart all day when you can analyse your charts, set your alerts and just wait for them before entering. Bought premium and haven't been let down.
Brilliant so dont have to watch charts all day. Can set alerts for breakouts, T/P, S/L etc and get on with living! I got an alert just as I sm writing this tells me price is moving in good direction..use it with almost every trade.
Pretty good. Just improve that UI and let me change the alerts on the live chart and you will get tons of sales, I can guarantee you that. Will buy straight away if you do those changes.
The app works woks well fr me.Buh my question is this, after setting alerts,will the alarm ring even when the app isn't running or even when my mobile data isn't connected or running?
Nice I just bought the premium version. One thing though, if we have long texts wouldn't it be better if we can see the texts or comment for the alerts displayed fully or the whole comment in just one glance, by changing the text size maybe or just expanding the comment view section, that would be a 5 star.
All I can say is " I'm in LOVE" I downloaded, sought out the features, set the trigger amt on Gold, set the alert sound and while holding my phone it went off......Yessss
It s very good app easy to use Disadvantages .. sometimes late a bit ... no sms or calls.. not all financial instruments like oil or indexes ... alerts sounds could be better like strong ringing
Love this app. No adds and very simple. The alerts are very consistent and helpful. If you guys will add more indeces and metals as add on then this will be awesome!
Does what it is designed to do. Only reason for 4 stars is because it only allows 4 digits instead of 5, so not as precise as it could be.
ALL the available sound notifications are not loud or prominent enough for this to serve as a price alert/alarm. also, I need the app to persist in the background so that I don't miss the alerts by any circumstance or mistake. Hence, it's almost useless for me as it is now. Will update the rating once noisy alert sounds and the options to make the app stick in the background are available.
