Terrible. I got this app for school related problems and assignments but to get in you need an ID and company name. I don't know where this information you give goes, but it should not use that.

This is NOT Google Forms! The app is useless. The spelling is wrong, too (it's Google Forms, not just Form). Please do not download! I believe Google hasn't yet made a Google Forms app.

Plz I'll say not 2 install this app as it's just a load on 03 one and ya I was not able to get into it as I am a student. And it's definitely not a Google form I agree. I wanted 2 just throw this app out from d play store but I am not capable of this 😡😡😬😠😐and yaa I don't want rate also to this app (useless)

its not google forms because the developer name is not Google LLC. I don't know what anybody would need to fill a user form on an app for. If you needed to, just fill it on a paper. I would rate no star if I could.

I thought this was Google forms, IT IS NOT! I was so excited to think Google forms had an app, but this app is useless! I can't even find a use for it!! Do NOT download this app. It is a waste of storage...

Okay..so im not really sure about this app but im only gonna say this...download this app at a computer,pc,laptop or any gadgets that has a keyboard this app is not really available ln phones and ipads and tablets...so if any of you use phone,ipad or tablet and your finding a real google form...you will be needing laptops,pc's or computers so yeah...im also confused because of the reviews and their really telling the truth download this on laptop,pc or computer not in phone,ipad or tablet.

Horribe. I haven't updated my Chromebook and my teacher has a Chromebook and she has had experients with this app, and she think's its terrible. This app has upsetted me because I have been trying to make my own quiz and it closes me out of the app. I reccomend not to download this stupid and idiot app. I regret downloading this app. So, mark my words, don't download this. Tons of glitches and idiot things.

This is the worst app for making a Google forms. I can't make any Google forms for my test. It also asks for company name id and one more thing😠😠😡😡😡💢. I wish I could give 0 stars to this app. I suggest you all to not download this app if you want to make and Google forms for your school assignment or any other thing.

Such a bad mobile app for Google forms, do not recommend especially if you are doing it for yourself and friends and is pretty hard to use. Awful

I thought that I am going to use Google Forms but from my point it is fully waste....not at all reliable....please change its name so that we don't get confused

Worst app on earth when u download it it does not look like the purple google forms it show a green background and when u get in u have to put sooooooooo much info about you dont waste your time

The mobile app just doesn't wanna work whatsoever, I'd suggest trying it on a PC or browser.

I wanted to make quizzes on a app but I couldn't because this don't google forms. And as there logo is a copyrighted logo this company should be copyrighted

This is very very bad app. I installed it to make my test but I couldn't create. Instead it was asking the company name. I suggest you all don't use this app ever. I want the answer from the company.

It is not Google forms there is no such application but there is a site of Google forms. It is useless please go to Google and search google forms and go to the site.

Dublicate logo of google forms. Is very different from google forms I wanted google forms but google forms is not there on play store . If you want to use google forms search on google

Absolutely dreadful horrible to us just a completely different app to the on on PC I dont understand why its so bad on mobile
