this is the worst app i have ever used to complete orders. it constanstly needs to sync and a lot of times you have to uninstall and reinstall while in the field. you get to a home and you never know if its gonna work or not until you start filling it out and the photo labels are so spread out it takes forever to find them. i even considered quitting the company i work for because I hate this app so bad the company needs to do a lot of work on the apo to make it easier for inspectors to use

Absolutely the worst app I have ever used. Slower than molasses to download inspections. Make sure you give it 5 minutes at minimum to do its download before you get to the property. Also has many glitches that have cost me more than a half dozen lost inspections ranging from no connectivity when I'm in LTE coverage to showing the inspection under one user name/pw when it was actually under another. Very disappointed, this app drains battery life, very slow to sync, and having trouble uploading results, it keeps crashing at 59 percent. I have 24 hours to turn results in and have not been able to turn them in since Friday.

As an inspector with software development experience, this app is poorly designed and implemented. This app locks up a Galaxy Note 9 that is maxed out in memory, which indicates poor memory management, and from a developer claiming to be a business resource. One problem area is that you have to fall through the developers process instead of the work at hands logical completion process, it's very design denotes poor task management which should indicate that the memory management would be poor too

I have a Google Pxel XL. Even with that, this app is slow, inefficient, and consumes too much of my valuable time. Everything has severe lags....Downloands, uploads, response to form answers and taking pictures.

This is hands down the worst program ever to exist. I cannot complete one inspection...period. the app crashes everyone I attempt to fill out an order. Whoever wrote the code for this program needs to be looking for employment. I am refusing all work orders that come through this platform. I am using an android if that matters.

Why do i have to keep uninstalling then reinstall this app to work properly? Very frustrating. I have a NEW S10, no reason to go thru this several times a year.

Works ok, sometimes it logs me out, I have to sign in again, other than that, it works fine, still needs some tweaking, 3 1/2 stars

This app used to be my worst nightmare after many many updates now it is so easy to use I have not had any problems out of the map in quite some time

Awful it consistently freezes kicks you out and is by far the worst inspection app if it wasn't for the fact that Fannie Mae requires it I would never use it again

This app works great on my Samsung 8plus. I've never had any problems with it and I've used it for almost a year now.

Update: Synchronization speeds soooo slow compared to other similar apps, it takes minutes to sync when it should only take seconds. Font size too large for smart phone. will change rating if fixed Recent updates and revamps have made this app much more efficient, almost to the point that its as fast as using a regular camera. Of course you need a decent phone.

Having problems with opening app after new update on 7/10/2018. This also happened after the nationwide Comcast internet outage several weeks ago.
