What is FormBox?
FormBox is android app designed to collect data from field or perform survey. FormBox integrate with google forms ( https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/) to collect data from the field. With FormBox you create your form using google form, download that form into the formbox app, collect the data, The collected data is automatically submitted to your google form.

Getting started
-Create your form using google form ( https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/)
-Make sure your form should not require sign-in into google app.
-once the form is ready click the view form icon (the eye icon at the top to get the link of the form)
-Open form box app
-click Add Form
-paste the link of the the form ( you can transfer the form using QR code also)
-click download button.
-Once the form is downloaded you are ready to collect the data
-After saving the data send the data to server by clicking the sync button at the bottom right of the screen

I like this app and have been using it for some time now. But recently (Sep 2020) I'm not able to sync form entries. I get a "Sync Error" with the following description: "Error 405; The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That's all we know.". I will 5-start when this is resolved. Several data which took time and energy to acquire are currently hanging in the app with no hope of how to retrieve or upload them. I had sent an email but no response from your team. I need your help with resolving this. Thanks
Comments for the questions are not visible in downloaded form. This is important when you need put the name of field to if statement - easier to put 'd1' than What is the date of birth of first animal?(question - in comment). There is no possibility to link form with collection of files(I need to collect pictures). The form will load under null() and will not work. If you have simple 'close sooner statement'(Is there other animal?) with logic behind (yes, next section, no go to submit) app will ignore this logic( no - go to the next section anyway). App will not let you go true - it's still requesting mandatory fields so you have to create rubbish data. I have option to collect information for 10 animals per one form, but there is not always 10 animals.
I'd rate this higher except it ignores some important formatting in the forms. For example, if I want the form to skip from section 1 to section 4 based on a particular answer it doesn't follow that behaviour in this app.
This is brilliant, would be very happy to pay for a paid version of the app. I need to create a simple offline form to gather data at festivals and this could be the answer.
Upon submitting the form when i am trying to sync the data, it is showing my sync error. Can't proceed forward.
Would rate this higher but I thought responses would be submitted. We are supposed to conduct a survey in communities that have weak internet signal. Will have to retype the responses on Google form but at least responses are saved in the FormBox app. Hope this can be improved, thank you!
13 May 20.. Unable to sync... 14 May20.. Thanks to team FormBox for quick response and technical support. Now I am able to sync data.
Awesome ability to collect live. Would love a paid version where maybe the design or look could be changed a little?

After uploading a test form I could not view as it was saying null and that the form is blank. A little UI upgrade would be nice and less ads. The ads are a bit much for a product that is losing hold and functionality. Everyone is here probably because we want an app that can allow the flexibility and free-ness of Google forms without having to be online so the first app to seamlessly do this, wins. THEN when you get millions of users and users that migrate from JotForms etc ..maybe then so ads
