After latest update, this app got hang by itself.. Like anywhere i touch it doesnt work. I have to shut this app from recent apps then again i have to launch it and this i have to fo for almost more than 5times
I give to Formilla Live Chat. This app and the plugin appropriately fit in to my need. Easy integration, instant messaging, immediate notifications. Good and cool.
I still can't send images through the mobile app version.

Deadset. Have won more customers after installing this app. After sales service is truly paramount to other apps that compete. Have tried competitors, but this is still rhe best there is to offer. Good job guys. I have 3 subscriptions and run it on all my websites
I have been using this since june, I find it ok. Whenever I logged in it smtimes shows 0 user however if we see around 300+ users r active on site. whenever multitasking it just moves to offline mode , smtyn it shows no internet connection when I hv full net connection. Seriously you guys need improvement. It is not great app and there are chances I miss out customer enquiries.

Yes, this is a premium app - of course. You wouldn't assume that Netflix service would be free if you download the Netflix app, would you? I love the Formilla service, it's really helped me extend my customer service footprint, now the app lets us remain connected to customers without being tied to a computer. Great app. Great service. I'm using the Samsung Note 3. Suggested upgrade: persistent status icon when logged in, and ability to log in our out from the notification bar.
I can finally step away from my pc without missing customer inquiries on my website. App is smooth and everything works great.
Works seamlessly. Couldn't run a serious web business without the Formilla suite and this integrated web app.
I'm a one man band and I can't use an app only website. Well I will be finding a less greedy alternative. Edit I understand that you have to pay bills but if someone only has a few visitors a week its not acceptable to py a fee when there are other companies that offer similar service with free app. You offer free service for single user but not for the app. I would pay for the app but I've found a better alternative

I like the app, and it integrated well into my website using Wordpress My one issue is that I would like to change the notification sound when a new message is received. I am using a Huawei P20 lite and there does not seem to be a way. If you can sort this, I would be happy to go premium
