If i could give this app a zero score for use on android devices i would...my company recently forced employees to download and use this "app" and it has been a data nightmare since, from lost data, corrut data and just general not stop "updates" and general non user friendly endless drop down tabs, not to mention eating any spare memory on your phone (especially for android users, my phone is 3 months old and the app has overwritten almost 40 gb if files and no way to delete said files).
Very glitchy platform. Constantly losing data. You'll put in a VIN number or a phone number and it comes through as some weird computer code instead of what you typed in. I do not recommend this company for anyone that depends on the data for their company finances. It'll cost you a fortune in lost sales and unnecessary administrative expenses. I must have over a hundred hours in programming to get this app to work somewhat properly. The technical support is poor at best.
Loses data often. i, cannot save and reload, literally. Uneven data entry options, i.e. use check or just click back button, very confusing as it varies wildly which is needed, Choose One Please and Use That One Entry Standard.... DO NOT RECOMEND USE FOR ANY REASON....SADLY COMPANY DECIDED THIS WAS NECESSARY... Gps pickup super slow, dispatched reports dont come through to user tablet.... Just awful. Would give ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE... As to your reply, sent this from phone, dm is on new tablet

Device Magic is probably the best mobile form app on the market. Our company uses their platform and API extensively for site inspections. They have a fabulous user interface both on the device and through their management portal. Pricing is definitely on the higher end but in my opinion they certainly deliver the experience you're paying for.
Easy to use app. Helpful for conducting inspections, work orders, safety checklists, etc. Immediately submits them to the home office - or alerts the right people if something needs attention.
When trying to scan a bar code it takes it so quick it doesn't read it properly and then when you answer questions it's so bloody slow its unreal, my 3 year old could do a better job the new up date seems to have gone back in time
Hi, I also cannot review forms that I've submitted on my Kindle Fire 7 yet everyone else I work with can?! Please help. I could on my LG G6 android phone till it refused to work anymore so I bought a Kindle tablet as that's what everyone else uses. I noticed a review dated Nov 2017 that mentions the same issue so assumed it had been addressed by now? Fix this and I'll happily give 5 stars as otherwise an invaluable app.
Lots of options for designing your own forms. Little bit of a learning curve but the support has been fantastic. Good job!
Only can be installed on one device per user. Similar programs can run on tablet, phone, and PC simultaneously.
Great app. But i am having problems with the sending localisation information. It will just search and nothing happens.

This update is really wrost u can't search adresses like that having proplem with his updation u cant see even adress when u safe dispatch into drafts

This app is HORRIBLE on Android!!! It works great on Apple but for whatever reason, it is a constant battle to get it to work on Android. It freezes up all the time. As soon as they fix one issue another one comes up. When it messes up and gives you the option to give feedback, that freezes too! Most of the people in my company have IPhones and have no issues but for my sake, I hope Device Magic fires whoever is in charge of Android app testing and hires someone who knows what they are doing!
