It's an amazing and easy to use app at no cost... But... My survey was flagged for something inoffensive (the word otp which stands for one true pairing in fan fiction) and I was provided no reason nor way to rectify said issue. My survey is essentially bricked and I have no tangible reason why
I have had a wonderful experience with the app. My students appreciate the quizzes and want more. One challenge I am facing is blending questions from past quizzes. Is there a way you can include this feature?
It's a useful app for making quizzes and survey form. The updated version is now good. But there's another problem that occurs. Some of my students' name became blank. My students said that when they submitted their answers they've already entered their name. But when I check their answers, some of them don't have name. This problem made it more difficult for me to recognize the who answered. I hope you could check on this problem and have a good solution because this app is overall great for me

On the computer version of Google forms you can add a section to upload. I need clients to be able to upload screenshots, images, documents with signatures, etc. On this app version I see all options except this one
I cannot access my old form, whenever I click on individual's feedback app is crashing. Please fix this às soon as possible.
Very Good App....Really helping us with reaching people & gathering information without any difficulties. The thing to bring your notice is that, sometimes the responses are visible to all the respondents. If there is an option to hide it from respondents, would be best. Overall, I sternly recommend th to all Keep rocking
it would have been nice to use this app in case when I opened it again I didn't want to open it, he just said server could not be found! please try again sometimes I hope I can fix this bug because it's unfortunate
Bad experience...My created forms become invalid due to silly errors when tried making another similar form with consideration of words like your and pass to not use they blocked my account. So silly but thanks to Google playstore we have many other apps that we can use for same purpose...
I just downloaded this app because even though I've never used it nor been installed in my phone, I'm CONSTANTLY recievung emails from "Google Forms" I would love to know why I'm recievung emails regarding using this app, when I've never even heard of it before?
This app has a glitch, when i created a form someone misused it and entered wrong information and submitted the form several times, the only problem is that i am not able to check the person's ip address
Spent 30 minutes writing a form and got a 404 error and the thing force closed without saving. That's what I get for trusting this piece of garbage app.
It's a great App. I suggest an attachment feature where people can upload documents like proof of payment and all that

Disappointed. I wanted to use the Google Forms appt to view responses as charts. Google Forms won't even open. Suckered into use this app. I guess I can recreate the form on a computer then send the link to myself for easy entry on my phone, but essentially I'll need my computer for the important features.
Cannot reach Google forms anymore. I get an error message. This just started after the recent update. There's no point to this app for me if I can't reach my friend already created on Google forms. I have intent on remaking my very long form on survey heart.
Hey google! I like your app very much but I need something more in your quiz session. Please provide options to add positive marks, negative marks and than evalute final marking and make it visible to all students as well as teacher.
Because responders are unable to return and edit their details. Please improve on it. Response validation should be included in it as well. Other settings to be included like description of field contend. List of items (LGAs) in States (Heading) should be done by copying list and past into dropdown list rather than typing items directly everyme.Thank you.
Overall it's same with other apps, But the major problem is, people can access the link more than one time with using delete history in Google. Although i has set it once per person. All survey Apps form have the same problem.
Firstly, I wanted to make a Google forms survey, but it automatically made a survey heart one, and then few months later I try to access it, as i need to use it for my School Project, it's disappeared. I can still fill the form for the survey but i can't see the answers or anything anywhere. I need it for my project.
Hello Forms team. Its a great app for teachers like us. We usually conduct quiz using this app. Today i updated this app and after that i couldn't find the 'show the correct answer' option. And also we couldn't give marks for each correct answer. Please fix the problem.
App is just fine.. But It would be great if you add 1. Option to make question visible or hide (now we need to delete if we don't want any question this is not good) 2.Give option to add links in section option & please do something that this video will play inside of form, now a days every time we click on link, it just left form & open youtube, this is not good. So please fixed this.
Fantastic app. Kindly allow bigger picture format which can be uploaded as an attachment to questions or options. Also a selectable picture options would be a great feature for some surveys.
Very Good app, Nice to use But I'm Requesting one thing to incorporate it As Auto Sum. If I select Short ans type as Number, The auto sum button should be displayed as 'Sum on ' or 'Sum Off'. If I select'Sum on' Automatically that column sum should be displayed in PDF or Exel. If I select Sum off no need to sum it. After downloading PDF all column sum data should be Displayed. And Also Submitted Time along with date in PDF format.Then Data sorting Option Before the generating PDF Thanking You
it has lots of problems. 1. i can't review question 2. received people can't open and read questions. it shows flash this app has just become worst
Very productive, great for making quizzes, easy to use app. I wish it had an option to select multiple answers in the quizzes section. Also the option to manually grade
Good to see you add file uploading option, but increase its file uploading space & option, in current 4 files upload only..
It's good app very useful for creating quizzes for the students. But facing problem in opening Google forms from some time . It says can't open it . Please do something about this. It is not synching with Google account
2- Why the quizzes and forms I have prepared are not visible on Google forms websites? Looks like all the surveys and quizzes I had been preparing cannot be accessed by my laptop on forms websit. Secondaly, this is request to Google to allow a feature in sheets when it's connected to forms. After receiving responses a new is added which shifts formulas next. Is it possible to avoid it?
I really appreciate the last update! The graphics and bars for Google Forms are finally accurate ! It's still a little slow but as I can export data to Google sheets, it doesn't matter. Glad you add the possibility to write description for the title and the sections. Now, I can fully create a survey and analyze data without using my PC at all ! Moreover the app is light. Amazing app, good job, well done !
