Fort Collins Print Edition

The digital print app suddenly stopped loading new editions. It worked yesterday. Hangs today. It might be worth noting that my tablet is on android version 7. How do I get it working again? I can see from reviews this has happened to others. Now that it hangs, the rating is a 1 star. When it works, I really like it. At least a 4 star.

App is functional, not speedy but it gets the paper read. The Sunday sections like the Parade magazine are not very easy to navigate. The comics aren't worth the bother, too cumbersome to read.

Like ability to scan full pages and then click on interested articles to view in bigger print. Don't like it telling me that there's a new update all the time when I pause.

used to work great, but no longer works just hangs which is frustrating for a paid service. I tried calling the help desk for the coloradoan and they can barely speak english, let alone try to solve my problem. The support didn`t even know what news outlet I was calling about so the coloradoan support line must cover many things. I am at the point of wanting to just cancel my service. No wonder this industry is collapsing.

The app locks up at least once a month and has yo be uninstalled and reinstalled. It is slow, and will drive u crazy when it locks up in the middle of a story.

Stopped loading. Hangs and freezes. I've tried uninstalling, rebooting, everything I can think of. Not getting this version at all. What's wrong?

The Android version cannot print anymore. The scrolling and zooming is frustrating. This app is nice on my iPad but almost unusable on my Android phone.

Does not work on Motorola Andriod V 6.0.1. App just shows white screen. Several months ago the app worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. Very disappointed. The Coloradoan is begging for people to subscribe, and this is what they offer?

I like the edition that looks like a real newspaper. I like to print out the puzzles and wish I could print more than 1 per page.

App is unreliable. Sometimes it unloads pages; sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it changes size of print without reason.

Clunky & frustrating, hard to get to the paper, most times won't load. Older version was better

Is not working for me! 12/30/21: Still will not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled over and over. Editions will not load.

Awful! The links don't work half the time and I've yet to gain access to USA Today through this app on my android device.

Easy to use and offers various layout options.

It's a nice way to get the newspaper experience without the paper.

Does the trick. Has a few quirks.

After an update the app required a login. Set up the login, logged in and nothing happened. It stayed on the login screen. It used to work perfectly before the update. After an update everything is ok. However, the update changed the way the pages turn. In the previous version when turning the page you would be at the top of the next page. In the current version, when the page is turned you end up in the same place as the previous page. This requires you to scroll up to the top of the page.

Bug ridden. NEVER works without problems, but barely usable after learning workarounds. EDIT 2/2019: much better after latest update.

works well on my galaxy s9, easy to navigate and includes full scan.

Crashes on opening. I have a Samsung 7.0 tablet. I would give it a zero if I could.

Shows login screen for a second, then displays Token Authentication error dialog and exits. Did anyone even test this software?

This app won't even load up. I am thinking of canceling my subscription because of it.

Can't get it to open after several tries.
