Fort Community Mobile Banking

This is the absolute worst banking app I've ever used. Rarely does it remember my username, even when I click "remember my username." My app continuously tells me my device isn't set up for paying bills, which is extremely frustrating considering the desktop site doesn't have a bill pay option and so mobile app is my ONLY option to pay bills. Additionally, I can't set up auto transfer from my other bank account - I HAVE to write a physical check EVERY month and deposit it via the app. I hate it!

Simple & easy to use. I love how I can move money through my accounts, pay my FCC Credit Card by just transferring funds from one of my checking accounts. The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability to see what payments were made & to where, when it shows a difference between "Current" & "Available" funds in my checking accounts..

I have so many problems with this app. it never works. the app is always crashing and it happens at the worst times. same thing for the website. better off going to an atm to check balances and move money.

Sometimes this app doesnt show all transactions or shows multiple of the same transactions. It also has times when it just doesn't load and can be very annoying.

It's a cute app, but needs alot of work. It doesn't ever tell you what you owe for minimum cc payment or when it's due. No option to pay from outside account. So many features missing.

the photo capture of the check is finicky. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. says amount entered does not match capture amount when it actually does match.

I love this app. I'm able to check my account daily, transfer money and have it within seconds, and deposit checks and have them usually within the day or the next. This is all I need. It's my lifeline for banking.

I had to uninstall then reinstall due to getting charged twice for same transaction. Also I don't want ads but only option to be able to use.

I like the app however, it does not create a shortcut to add to my homescreen. I have uninstalled, then reinstalled it and it still does not create one.

Just wish you could do transfers while still logged into accounts status. It's kind of a pain to have to logout and back in again. This is now possible! You did it! Thank you

Just keeps spinning and timing out. Take 3-4 times to get into my account. It is constantly down. It's becoming not even worth 1 star

App used for paying loan through deposits in an account because they don't have any other way set up. No online account control. Just deposit your money here by taking pics of checks. Waste of checks.

I would give this app 5 stars if i could view my FCCU credit card transactions and pay my credit card bill through the app instead of having to do it online.

It worked fine previously, but today it wont let me log in on the app. So I had to go on my computer and log in, which was a huge hassle.

Always down and never up to date as of late. Always fun paying bill with an app that doesn't work.

Have issues most of the time when I want to log on and have to go to website which works fine. I was hopeful this would be a good app.

Very convenient. However I am not sure how to use some of the features and there are no tutorials known to me.

Excellent! Easy access to all accounts allowing you to transfer money in a blink.

App is very buggy doesn't detect check corectly and also has problems connecting to the server

starting to get a bit irritated with failed logins. with all the correct fields.

Works ok other than trying to deposit checks, that usually takes several attempts as the app says the amounts do not match.

I have been using this app for years, and found it easy to use with no major issues. Makes life convenient.

Depositing is easy. Flipping between accts is not available and makes it inconvenient.

Great app. Takes a while to load sometimes though and has a few gliches.

does not allow me to access my information all the time. does inaccurate withdrawals from accounts. I lose out because of inaccurate withdrawals.

I love the app. Remotely depositing checks is my favorite feature.

When I log in, the letters and numbers are white on a gray background and I can't see them.
