I always try to log in and It wont let me. It acts like i miskeyed passwords. (should get "show password" option) or my user name is wrong, though I always double check & retype both. I have reset them many times. It didnt even work at the kiosk there. Just yesterday they had to "unblock it" to let me use it. Was fine until I got home and it wouldn't let me log in again. It's very frustrating & Im tempted to find a driferant bank. For me online banking is important.
security restrictions are ridiculous. I can't switch between this app and my checkbook app without it crashing. crashes when trying to run in split screen view when trying to compare transactions with what I have entered in my checkbook app. can't even do a screenshot.
I log in and it gets to the "Loading terms and conditions" and then just closes out. Every time. I called but they didn't see the problem either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now. And restarted my phone. Nothing works. Need a new update.
pretty good and reliable app, it's very easy and convenient to use. my only issues are i have alerts turned on and they never notify me, and the transactions sometimes take awhile to show up.
Constant log on issues and overall functionality is poor. If 1950 had an app, this would still leave a lot to be desired. Actually considering changing banks due to so many issues.
Just joined 2 months ago.learning more everyday.dont understand why they charge $1.to have paper statement ,s & internet . I like both so I can check each & every day my accounts. I,ve been hacked 3 times at my last Banking experience & was able to catch it by checking on my own. And I was never charged for getting cash out for useing my debt card. Other wise I like Fort Knox Federal.
I was constantly going to ATM to check balance cuz it's such a pain to log on the computer. once you figure it out and quit locking myself out, it's easy. I like the app over the computer
Definitely a time , travel saver. So convenient. Instant no hassle effective banking in the palm of my hand. This app has saved the day many a time when situations demanded time sensitive decisions be made on the spot regardless of time of day or day of the week. Available 24/7...
It has its small bugs like any app, but overall great. I can be in any state in the nation and see exactly what I have to spend. As a truck driver, this app helps me greatly in my day to day fiancial planning. Highly recommended.
Average. There's not enough info for each transaction (no descriptions). Also slow to update acct info compared to other banking apps. Very basic.
Almost every time I use it, it either needs an update or goes back to login when I try to get checking account details. I can't get all the info I want.. Will.probably delete and go back to regular online use without the App.
Unhappy with the new app. Downloads 2x doesn't allow me to see the month I am working on without having all the months run in together. Unable to see loan rates unless I complete an application. I use another bank when wanting a loan.
easy to use on a daily basis while you are on the go! This is amazing and useful in numerous ways for balances, transfers, etc. I will continue to use my Fort Knox FCU app.
ok app. could be better by showing balaneces previous and current. USAA app is better. they show current balance what was added or subtracted and then the balance.
You need to update your app. So we can see PENDING items. I left this bank forever ago because of your holding items until you get paid and magically having a latefee because on your App it never says items are pending. Looks like soon im having to find yet another bank
The update is horrible. I have open my app through the play store. Its NOT showing deposits and or transactions. I want the old app back this is ridiculous.
Latest update is great! Updated UI looks great. Would be nice to have biometric sign in (fingerprint). Still, awesome app!
this mobile app is easy to use all the way through. 1 draw back though..... I would rather see an image of the checks that have cleared.
Old fkfcu app worked great now cant login and and installed it to reinstall it to see if I can get it working and hell now I can't even install it hope this isn't what we get to look forward to as a bank if so i want Fort Knox Credit Union back
I can't get the mobile app to work after getting a new phone. It keeps telling me to set up the mobile banking app but when i try to do that it will not allow me to. So Its inaccessible.
Pretty limited app. Basic banking is ok, but even things as simple as figuring out what my account number is, is difficult or impossible
Ever since the App update everyone I know is having issues. The app. displays "no network connectivity" even thou I have connectivity.
Simple and keeps me up-to-date with my finances. Transfers are easy. Great app!
I use this app frequently, but today the home screen is frozen and I cannot access my account. Usually, it works as it should.
Won't allow me to use the app at all. Always wants me to update the app when there's not an update available. Been like this for over a month.
I love being able to check my app for my daily balance quickly. I feel like there could be more options available though.
Used the old FKFCU app with no problems. Tried to login today for the first time since the update (usually use the website) and the Abound app opened, but immediately froze. It imported my login ID from the previous app but would not let me input my password. None of the available buttons (instant balance, 'more', input password) did a thing. I un-installed the app entirely and reinstalled it, same problems only now it no longer had my login ID stored. I still can't input any information...
