Great app. You can check balance, set alert thresholds to notify you of deposits and credits, and deposit checks. I haven't needed to physically go to the Credit Union in almost a year. Update: as of the March 2022 update the app doesn't open.

My experiences with the mobile app have always been great. I highly recommend it for all credit union members.

Ever since the latest update I can not open the app. Which is unfortunate because I enjoyed being able to check my account at any time.

Everything works fine but on rare occasions it wont let my interact with the screen so I need to restart my phone. Closing the app and reopening it doesnt work. It just wont let me type, or select anything but once its restarted, it works fine! UPDATE: turns out I just had an inefficient phone. Ever since I got a new phone, I've had 0 issues with this app.

Application has violated security policies and then closes... two different phones, same result

Ever since I installed on my s22 ultra the app will not work. It freezes on the icon opening up every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Other apps work great but this will not do anything

FORCE CLOSES all the time. The few times I have attempted to login, I've experienced the app working properly in general. There's quite the few glitches that need patching but when it works, it's ok.

Zero issues for all of the years that I have had instant access to my bank for checking balances, making transfers, staying informed on credit union activity, and transacting. For me that's a perfect score!

Simple and easy to use

Terrible banking app. You can't get the information you need and it's ridiculous trying to make a payment from outside bank. Website is a little better but not a lot. App is pretty useless

This app requires a newer version phone to operate effectively. I experienced problems after upgrade on your software. Since I replaced the phone it's working properly

I enjoy have my account at my fingertips, no problems so far. Its excellent. Fort Lee credit union is still the best.

I love the option of being able to deposit my checks using the FLFCU app. I live in Hawaii and it is a fast and convenient means to have my funds available within 1 - 2 days. Love It!

the app has come a long way. the features and functionality of the app are much better. I enjoy using the app and use it very often. The app continues to improve which is a tremendous plus.

Love using the app. It's easy as eating pie🤗. Check accounts, transfer money between accounts... including non FLFCU... totally awesome

Sometimes I can't check balance or use debit card. The reason is you're working on the account. Sometimes Will only work with Wi-Fi not cellular.

Not opening on my Samsung a10e again. Was working for a while but again now gives me the same security issue and just closes.

Easy to access & view my account. Information is easy to understand & check all accounts & usage. So far its awesome!

Good app, easy to use and allows you to do most minor banking transactions online avoiding trips to the bank.

It's just not dependable. I often have issues just accessing the app. And zelle is hit or miss

Even when I moved to Texas I still kept this bank cause they provide a very good service, the best loans and they're very friendly
