tho I do recommend for those who has Fort McClellan banking for quick check and savings transfers but does often to restrict the amount u want to pay even tho u can afford it so I had to link to paypal to get past that. servers would shut down at times not showing ur current balance and not sure if it's with all banks but restricts the amount of times u make a transfer from savings to checking only 6 times a month I think. so I do suggest it but keep an open eye on the small issues
With the recent update for One UI on the S9+, the app will crash when minimizing, going to one app, and coming back, as well as, when trying to register my biometrics.
Forced update and can not get into app. Been fighting it to finish the update (several attempts over 6plus hours) and still no sucess
It's always down for some reason or another and now I've not been able to use it at all for the last week and a half. Every time I try to go on the app it kicks me off before the app ever comes up
Much nicer usability then previous application. The look and navigation are way better as well. I typically use my browser and simply go to the website, but this is much nicer now.
This app would serve it's purpose well enough, if it didn't crash every other weekend & also force updates every week to be able to utilize it.
I am able to do almost all of my banking needs except withdrawals and deposits with this app. Love it.

App does not work on Samsung A01. Deleted app, reinstalled. App attempts to open, then closes.
Why won't it let me view my account? My thumb is supposed to open but it says I have to update. When I try to update it just circles .

ONCE YOU FORGET YOUR PASS WORD, YOU HAVE TO CALL AND GET A TEMP PASSWORD TO GET IN. AFTER THAT, YOU CANNOT CREATE A NEW PASSWORD. FORT MCCLELLAN CREDIT UNION IS THE SORRIEST WEB SITE ON THE INTERNET. IT SUXS!!!

About once aweek the app. isn't working/working right.
App did work just fine on my old phone but will not open on my new phone. It needs to be update severely. If you access it, then its basic and just good for checking your account balances and transactions, make transfers between multiple accounts.
