Great if you want information on the different animals, but I was excited about the "GPS enabled map" that apparently doesn't exist. It's the same map from the website, only on the app, you can't even zoom in, so it's pretty worthless. Really disappointed in it and will probably just uninstall.
Animals/exhibits is empty. Upcoming events has an error. Thankfully the map opens. Overall, it's not a very useful app.
App completely stopped working. Didn't even open just blinks and takes me back to my home screen and says app failed. Was hoping to use it at my latest visit to the zoo
No real-time info relating to open/closed exhibits/restaurants/bathrooms. Not able to zoom in on the map, nor can you download the map.
No updates since last year , no new info as yo new protocols related to covid 19 , no reservation set up pages ( if in fact needed ) overall why have a phone app if so outdated
Cannot zoom on the map, so you cannot read it. Cannot purchase tickets off of the app either. Not sure what the point of it is
App is not useful - they don't update it. I guess all info is on their website. Too bad. Don't download.
Just a web redirection, and the website is terrible on a phone.

Excellent idea! Still a few bugs in the app, but you can tell it's being actively worked on. Last time I used it the map didn't work. Now I can track where I'm going real time. Avoid the lines buy buying your ticket in advance. Learn about the animals from home and find some events at the zoo I didn't know they had. Great work in progress!
Crashes on start up. Signs all over the zoo say use the app"s map and your phones GPS to navigate the zoo. Great idea just cant be done with an app that won't run.
Installed it today at the zoo. Links don't work correctly. Map is really hard to read and navigate. Not very useful at this point. Fix the bugs, then I may reinstall.
The in formative pop ups block the map, thus rendering the map kind of useless.
After the latest update, it just crashes. Can't even open the app. I liked it before for the animal facts. Taking my younger siblings around the zoo with it was nice. But if I can't even open the app, then what's the point?
Cool concept but none of the links in the app actually work
The map is not helpful at all. It may have been improved in order to allow you to zoom in but many of the details are still not available. Only a few predetermined waypoints are present. And while I was using the map to try and select one the app crashed. The animal details are nice but they are nothing more than what you can read on the placards at the zoo itself. Perhaps useful if you have a fast-moving small child that doesn't allow you much time to read but otherwise you could find more information on Wikipedia. All of the other Zoo specific information like hours of operation and admission fees can be found on the website so it's not worth the 62 megabyte download.
It has quite a bit of good info about the zoo. It's nice to have that info readily available on your phone. But like everyone else said, the map need a lot of improvement to be if any use.
It would be nice to have a show and animal encounter schedule listed in the app. Bonus feature would have member sign in and have reminders for member events and even reminders for membership renewal.
What I was looking for was a map. The map is so small you can't read it. PLEASE FIX THE MAP a zoom in would be great
Basic info about the Zoo is good. Map is not interactive and cannot zoom. Not really worth taking up space on your phone.
Has not worked at all. Keeps on closing ,and when you click on various things, tells you to refresh Useless
Plz fix the map maybe put a dot to see where your at and make it zoom in and out.
The app is ok. The main reason I downloaded it was for the map, and the map feature is pretty much useless. You can't zoom in and as it is its too small to read.
I read all the reviews. Installed the app. Wasted 5 minutes looking/seeing for myself if the app was useful. The app was created solely for the purpose of information on each animal. Instead of standing in front of a giant display reading and learning about the animals, you can read about them in your phone. That's it. Uninstalling now.
