Forth Ports Scottish operation : Mobile App for Vehicle Booking System
Following on from the successful implementation of the VBS solution for London Container Terminal, Forth Ports are moving to deploy the same capability for their Scottish Operation commencing at the Port of Grangemouth , thereby providing an appointment booking capability for Hauliers dropping of and picking up containers from the Port.
As at London Container Terminal the VBS system for the Scotland is available over the internet allowing Hauliers to make the required bookings in advance of visiting the Terminal with access via either desktop application or via Mobile Phone or iPad.
This particular mobile application which is available for both Android and IOS devices provides access to create , move and cancel functions together with booking enquiry, all aimed at providing maximum flexibility for the Hauliers managing their VBS bookings.
Although the application is available for download , in order to use the application a valid User Account for the VBS system is required and user application forms are available on request from the below.
