At the moment the login screen will appear upon opening the app; then the Fortiva logo appears with the spinning loading circle before you can enter your credentials. This is an ongoing problem for months. I uninstalled the app about 4 months ago and figured I'd download it and try it again but still the same issue. Some other reviews of this app also state the same occurrence. Fix this and maybe it'd be better.
It's useless. Goodluck trying to get anything done. You'll more than likely end up to collections because the app will say payment is good and then come to find out, it's not good. I've had nothing but issues with fortiva and its app for every month since February. The chat option and customer service is terrible as well. Go with Synchrony.
This app has serious issues with payment processing...says it's accepted then they reverse the payment saying your bank denied the charge...my bank never denied the charge...I've made all my payments early and what I get is a late fee and then a cancelled card for doing things right....I'm never using this bank again and they should be investigated!!!
No issues here... I don't understand how this app & company has so many negative reviews, It's either most of yall don't pay your bills on time or understand how managing credit card's and credit works lol, But I've got no issues with this app or with Fortiva, I for damn sure don't have a high annual fee that some are saying, Fortiva has been great to me, And I have a 2,000$ limit, I use my card when needed and pay back all that spend by the time the payment is due.. its that simple lol!
Love the app great app, cool 😎 features and everything, and very, very easy to navigate! ❤ 👌🏾 💜 I just need more storage so I had to make some minor adjustments...
I will pay off this card & cancel it. I've had more problems trying to use this card than I care for. Having to use a pin with it that don't even work half the time. It gets declined almost everywhere. It's just a useless card to have. I have to carry another card or cash with me because it declines so much! Very upset with card & company!
For the most part a report to your credit report but I would advise you to read the fourth agreement because there is a annual fee Plus a maintenance fee every month why you trying to pay the bill down I just want to pay this bill and get rid of this car and find one with less fees
Any link to click on to get a contact with them is an error for me. The app won't even let me login it keeps telling me there's maintenance going on can't pay my bill so it's always late don't like this credit card or the app anymore
The app is useful for monitoring my account. However making extra payments isn't easy. I have not had success typing in the amount i want to play. It easy to pay the balance or min amount due. Other than that, no success.
App keeps glitching all of the sudden..I can lock my card but have to call u all to unlock it??? Bc app doesn't give option. U have customer service outside of the US & they just don't understand the issues whn u call..this is very unprofessional. And it won't let me add the card to my Samsung Pay all of the sudden saying the app has to be updated yet I just deleted the app & re-downloaded it. As a techie I'm telling u all fix it bc it has u leaving us consumers vulnerable for fraud
If I could give it a lower rating I would. Absolute worst credit card company. They call all the time to collect a debt even tho I make my payments early every month. An I've had to call a bunch of time lately to resolve a late payment even tho I haven't made a late payment I've always had a perfect payment history with this account. When I speak with the supervisors they said the fixed the issue an they in fact have not an now when I call they tell me the supervisor is to busy to help me.
This app does not let you put in a bigger amount then due even though it says it does. Therefore you never get ahead and are stuck paying the minimum due which doesn't help your credit at all I do not recommend this card. Tried to use app to pay bill today and a blank screen comes up.
Love the app, my only quirk is the main page, may I recommend simplifying it. By putting the different login options in a setting menu, instead of 3 different pages, give it a cleaner look and simplify activating fingerprint also.😁
DO NOT give them your business! This is the ABSOLUTE worst company I have ever worked with….EVER. They outright refused to even attempt to process one of my payments, admitted it, and then refused to adjust my interest after overcharging me due to their negligence. They had me call back 6 times, each time I was told to wait a couple days, or a week, and call back. They were able to locate my payment attempt (a $1200 payment BTW) with my confirmation number, which they originally denied existed. They put in a request to have the interest adjusted after locating the payment that they never processed. They then denied the request since the payment was never processed…..Isn’t that YOUR job making this YOUR fault? I did my part. My payment was not declined. This is stealing. ALL of my payments have been on time and MOST have been for more than what is due. Is this how you reward a paying customer? Still NO SOLUTION. Just told to call again.
What's the problem? I downloaded it and put in my user name and password. It works fine. I just made a payment with it. As of September 13 2018 it works fine on my cheap RCA voyager 3. It is slow to load the screen. A full 10 seconds.
Everytime I log in, it immediately flashes that it's gonna log me out due to inactivity so I click the wait two minutes button and it closes. Only to open again in a couple seconds. Then it logs me out. Very frustrating cause it didn't used to do this.
Ok now the app will not let me make a payment for other amount I have to call in my payment every month. Please fix this ! Before I could make a payment on the app and it would post and show my new balance the same night. Now I have to call it in and it takes longer for both!
Can only log into it once, after download. After that, it has an error message. Uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same thing, can log in once but not anytime after. Needs to fix "connection to server" error
terribly awful app. it takes forever to open and once it does keeps telling me my sign in info is wrong. i tried to reset password and user name and once i click submit, it does nothing. you guys need to fix this app, that is what we use to make our payments
Unless you don't want to get paid I suggest you do something about this crappy app. It won't even allow me to register. It just keeps asking me for the verification code and when I put it in it doesn't take it. So then I requested another send it doesn't send it. I waited a day and started the whole process over. It did it again. RIDICULOUS
This company is ridiculous. I payed off my entire balance in full plus some and then several days later I tried to use my card out for it to be declined! When I asked their customer service about it they said yes your payment has been posted two days ago but your funds won't be available until after four business days which is really 6 days from the day it posted. Like are you kidding me what was the point in paying all that money plus some if I can't even use it it's stupid!
This bank is an extremely money hungry organization! I paid my daughters payment on 6/2/19 [Its Due Date]! It was a Sunday however, it was the 'ACTUAL DUE DATE'; They did not process the payment until the 3rd, making my daughters payment 1 day late and charged her a $38 LATE FEE! This is in addition to their monthly interest and their annual fee! I disputed the fee.....to no avail! I do not recommend this card to ANYONE!

App won't open to be able to pay my bill. Also takes forever for balance to update to be able use card. If money has posted to my account and cleared the bank then my balance should be available like all my other credit cards are.
Worst app ever. Can't ever access my account. It kept saying system maintenance 🙄 for months now. The same thing on the web. Please fix it.
The app works great, the company are horrible. $50 annual fees just for using them, $40 late fees (even a day late) and interest out the butt. I have decent credit, it shouldn't be this bad.
Hi there, I was able to download the app on my phone (android), however, it doesn't give me the option to download it on my laptop. Can someone help me. Besides that, the app is easy to navigate and well organized.
It's takes forever to download as a matter of facts l am still waiting on my note 9 taking almost the whole night and still didn't download that is just a black flag ( red flag) very bad beginning. I couldn't even give it a star but that's the only to response.
Has not worked correctly since installing. First login worked but after logout and trying again it failed with errors. Please fix the app. So many bad reviews should indicate massive issues. Devops team needs kick in pants.
well nothing against Fortiva itself. I think they are great. However, their app sucks.. I always have to wait like a minute for the app to open that's if it even opens. I say the last 4 weeks I haven't been able to even get in because it keeps giving me a error message. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app 8 times now to see if I can get in over the last 2 days.. Only through Play Store and that's only after it has said installed and asks if I want to open app. Horrible
