Terrible app for a mediocre system. Very buggy and unstable. Once you leave the country, you lose all control of your system even with a good internet connection. Will replace the whole system once I make it home. A complete disappointment and a waste of money.
Useless. I bought this system for the notifications from wifi but they are extremely delayed. Very difficult setup and no support for this app.
New update. Says username or password incorrect. Will not let me modify it. Can't use my system now.
I wish this would be developed a bit more but it does the job of managing the alarm system remotely. I am very happy with my Fortress System and the company that supports it.
Very poor app for a good hardware. When the app is updated I loose custom area name settings which is a major pain. Also the alarm alerts come to phone app after long time some times after hours which makes the whole security system useless. There is no quality control from what I can tell. I don't recommend buying the hardware just because app makes it useless.
This one bad app along with the hardware that has issues connecting to a simple 2.4 GHz network. Never again.
The arm/disarm and alert functions work fairly well, but the overall layout of the app is poor. It needs a lot of serious updating! Much of the app verbiage doesn't make sense either. When the app alerts for a breach, it speaks in very broken English.... That needs updated as well. All in all the system works well but the app is a serious let down.
Can't do much with the app.very poor layout. Only thing you can do with the WiFi is arm and disarm. When I get alert on my phone a voice in broken English speaks and I can't turn it off.
Not very usable. No notifications when alarm is triggered. Very bad and buggy integration with cameras.
I like the application but the wording doesn't match up with the alarm panel itself, so I had to do some guessing to figure out what was what. Other than that I like it. It had a little bit of a learning curve at first because I couldn't find any documentation on it.
I'm really hopeful. Today's update fixed a ton of bugs and the app is working WAY better for me. Well done guys, please keep it up. Still not liking the dated look and layout of the app, but at least it's usable now. App using too much ram @75MB.
Worst app ever. But that's right on part for the worst security system ever
The app does not receive notification message (push message ). The.app can 't check the status sensors, only receive alarm messages from sensors. The app can 't arm individual sensors. The app of ADT security is much better. I wasted $400 for the system.
Never came across something so bad I have multiple different android Apps, from multiple camera system, that I can view from around the world I also have , Wi-Fi thermostats wi-fi garage door openers, this is the WORST APP terrible pretty much useless needs A lot of work does not remember your password and login screen keeps saying device not online when you go through cellular connection . It works good when your home connected to the same Wi-Fi what the hell good is that?
When my alarm is going off the device sends a silent notification. So if I'm not looking at my phone I don't know that it's going off. I need an alarm sound too
The WiFi capable Total Security console (required for this app) is a marked improvement over the GSM only unit. Unfortunately this app currently does not allow much configuration via wifi. I assume it will improve with future releases. If so, I will increase rating. What would really be nice is a web-based app as companion.

App didnt work, keep shutting down and doesnt link to to wifi. Called the customer service and could not solve the problem either. Tested the phones, tried on 2 phones and didnt work - Samsung Note 5 and Note Edge. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting and didnt work either. It wasnt the wifi either, I am on Asus RT-AC5300 IEEE 802.11ac Ethernet Wireless Router with 2.40 GHz ISM Band, 5 GHz UNII Band, 8 x Antenna(8 x External), 5334 Mbit/s Wireless Speed. All my wireless devices work beautifully on my wifi. I wish I know what to do....all the contact points and sensors connected seamlessly. I wish there is a button or something to test and see if it could be a hardware wifi problem. Please help
Unable to change the alert settings on my phone even when on silent app still talks out loud. After contacting help they were unable to help me. I am going to have to remove the app from my phone. The alarm system hardware is really good I have had no issues after having it installed for about 6 months. The app is very poor it needs more developing.
