The App has become a real bother, not functioning at all. When initializing, it only give an error message. No need of having it if it cannot be used by the customer.
App fails to open after updating. This is very frustrating. There's also an issue with account accessibility via sacco link card.
Very unreliable, intializing takes forever then the damn thing just gives errors. Wastage of resources. Period!
The only problem I always have with this app is when it comes to signing in for the first time. The OTP takes an hour to be sent of which it should be sent in a matter of seconds
The greatest successes were always preceded by incredible failures ,this is an awesome concept this far.....just a few touches to the best version of what is needed.

The app doesnt open after updating.And please make it easier to check balances by just displaying the balances on the app instead of inquiring first.
App is fast and delivering expectations. But you need to work on opening term deposit account that still coming soon
