This app no longer appears to work. I get an error message and then the app just shows a blank screen. There are similar reviews for this app going back months, so my guess is that the developer has abandoned the app and decided to put all of their resources into the blackberry and Nokia apps.

As many people here have reported, this app does not permit me to log in. If you can't get in, there is no value other than high frustration from this app. I use the computer-based version all the time, so I know my way around in it. This mobile app is a complete waste of time.

I agree with the previous comments. I kept getting 'False' when using correct password. After changing password back and forwards, I have uninstalled app. This used to work, someone has been tinkering.

Frustrating when you know your password and it says it's incorrect. it sent me a reset link to my old email address. There's nowhere to contact them to update email when you can't sign in. Again, frustrating to know your password and can't log in!!!

Complete trash. Will not allow a sign in. Maybe you can try again when you grow up, one star is a joke. You owe me a star... Update decided to try it again. Still can not log in. A year has gone by and this app is still garbage.. Wow ultimate fail. Google should pull this app from the play store. It's just a waste of space and time

Used this for a few months and was interesting reading. However they revamped it I understand and now after opening the app they're is nothing, it's just an empty menu. Shame.

It used to work fine but with last update to the website, this app doesn't work. A good suggestion to the developers is to TEST your software before you release it! Dont waste you time with this app.

Unusable. Can't create an account on the app or login to an existing account. I loved this app when it worked but its useless if you cant login to your account.

Can't login. Won't accept login information. This has been like this for a long time. Was hoping it would get fixed but nothing has changed. Maybe time to remove this app.

I used to love but they've updated it so it poorly functions now. Used chrome, Firefox and photon. None let me log in now and I'm allowing cookies. Nothing when I press menu bars. FIX THIS

Useless. Doesn't show Roll Calls that I know exist. Login attempts return "failed" message - what does THAT mean? Has all the signs of being an abandoned app that shouldn't be on the app store at all.

awful. every time i try to log in it says false. changed password three times still not working. stick to ship mate if you want a decent cruise app

As others have said you can not log in on this doggone thing. What the heck y'all. I know Cruise Critic has a large following as I am on there also, but somebody needs to step up and take care of this app and make it work right. I also noticed that all the one Stars i read did not get any response from the person responsible for the app. Bummer.

This app was wonderful to use in the beginning. I loved it. Now it won't work. Won't let me long it on my phone. Not sure what has happened. I see others are having the same issues. It's a shame because it was a good app.

I just downloaded the app and like many others have said; I can't log in. I will uninstall it as soon as I am done leaving this review. Lesson learned, read the review prior to downloading apps. Just because it is a decent website does NOT mean the app will be good.

Used to work and was a great app, but the latest version won't let you log in, keeps giving a configuration error.

This app was once awesome. Recent changes make it unusable. The webpage isn't really optimized for mobike device. i will really miss hsing this app. please fix login problem.

Since they upgraded the website, which is also functioning below par, this app no longer works. Used to be great, bad decision to upgrade.

Unable to log in on the app. Can only log in on internet browser. What's the point of an app if you can't log in!

Downloaded app but it would not accept my password on my Note9 but I could log in through my chrome app and also on my laptop. Apparently it doesn't like the Note9.

unable to login after numerous password resets. seems this has been like this since feb and no one bothers to even maintain this app?

CANNOT LOG On - useless app as cannot find roll calls or log on using Web browser logins. Following the same poor crp format of the Web based platform. Terrible. Please rectify ASAP!

Horrible to navigate, horrible to search for specific forums. A horrible to use app all round.

App will not let me login. Get message "False", but can login with username from phone if I go to Cruise Critic via internet.
