not bad but crashes everytime I open it. why aren't all macros available to send from app? why Cant I view messages sent to truck on it? Barr Nunn workload app is far superior so much so the Qualcomm is redundant except for navigation and they're a much smaller company!! you can do better.
I used to work here it was ok.. nothing special. Id recommend them if your truck is paid off.. if not its hard to survive at times
It was working fine on my older phone. Now on Galaxy S10 I can't send scanned bills. When I hit send button nothing happened.
Need to seriously work on app crashes. Very helpful app, but it has to be shut down and restated frequently
Load information, able to see exactly how much each load paid out, can send in paperwork. App serves it purpose well once you learn all functions (current FAF driver)
Need to be able to be notified of new messages and loads also would be helpful if relay driver could see trailer that they was getting before they get it
Was good now cannot get on Sence fri last week to totally useless right now have rebooted,re downloaded still nothing.
Worked there 3 months. Took every load that was offered. Quit before I had to file bankruptcy.

Would like to be able to get a notification when new info such as a new message or load is received. And I've noticed that messages show up here but not on the Qualcomm. But it's great to be able to check when not on the truck. And being able to view settlements is much easier than signing onto the website.
It needs alerts for loads in progress and relay drivers should be able to see the incoming trailer number.
Update: had to update my phone. Now it will not scan bills, plus all of this still: Not impressed. Was told it would sync up with qualcomm. Does not. Doesn't retain settings to hold messages inbnd and outbnd for 10 days. Does not retain filter default. Does not notify, even though the phone's & app's notifications are on. Have to refresh inbound messages often to get a response. Fails constantly. Very unstable and not trustworthy. Does not help with driver confidence / road focus.
