Bad experience trying to deposit checks! Can't believe I'm giving 2 stars...UPDATE...many months later an have many issues with mobile deposit yet! Takes 5 or 6 tries at times to make single deposit.... have worked with them an no resolve....just fyi 4/12/22 update. Android mobile deposits still junk. Prepare to have time to make deposits, you'll be booted out multiple times. One check took 9 tries...app is cheap junk
When I sign onto my online account it flashes the screen. What's wrong?
to much cannot complete task, seems every time you turn it on it tells you it can't do it for some reason. tired of jumping thru hoops because of someone elses incompetence.

The app is wonderful for taking a look at your accounts and transfering money; the only reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 star is because every so often when I try to mobile deposit a check it errors and I am unable to do it.
I am mostly satisfied with using g the app , I haven't had any issuses . I do wish it was able to monitor and help improve credit scores.
Works great! Finger print login works well, I use the mobile check deposit all the time, and account monitoring is super simple!
Convenient but wish i could see images i.e. check image, deposit tickets. And real time updates. Otherwise much better than prior bank, no app at all.
Tells me to use a dark background. It's on a BLACK piece of paper! It doesn't get any darker than that! Clearly written amount and claim amount doesn't match. I HATE THIS APP!!!
Clunky interface. Check deposit doesn't work for many ofy checks since the latest software update.
The app is set up horribly they need to scrap this design and go to a simple, clean, and useable design.

Very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, BAD capture. Particularly rejecting very clear endorsement on back of check. Boo, Hss. Just BAD!!
Wish it had the previous balance on each transaction in the savings and checking account transaction pages.
I haven't seen anything but convenience and reliability from this app.
For some reason I can't transfer money between my accounts, otherwise it would rate five stars.
