The major groups of fossils are:
INVERTEBRATES with foraminifera, worms, sponges and bryozoans, trace fossils and problematica, graptolites, corals, arthropods (trilobites, chelicerates, crustacea, insects), brachiopods, molluscs (bivalves, chitons and scaphopods, gastropods, nautiloids, ammonoids, belemnites and squids), and echinoderms (crinoids, echinoids, asteroids, ophiuroids, blastoids, cystoids, carpoids).
VERTEBRATES with fish (agnathans, placoderms, chondrichthyans, acanthodians, osteichthyans), amphibians, reptiles (anapsids, diapsids, dinosaurs, synapsids), birds, and mammals.
PLANTS with algae, early land plants and haptophytes, sphenopsids, ferns, lycopods, and pteridosperms, bennettites and cycads, conifers, and angiosperms.

Rather academic, could use more simple language. More pictures would help with identification.
Under " rate this app " 'Tell us more' does not have a positive answer to choose. For instance " Is this app in English I can choose NO or NOT SURE. But the answer is YES.
Would prefer actual photos to compare my finds to. I know the groups but want to identify particular species within that group
A great tool to help better understand various fossils. A great companion for budding paleontologists.
Super helpful, especially for science olympiad! Would reccomend for anyone hoping to get a base general knowledge on fossil phylums and such!
Add a geological time scale with life forms for each period, era, etc.
This app is great I love this and also love fossil and i even found a ammonite in the beach that is lucky

Good but please release a app for dino fossils
There is too much repetitive information and very ittle new information on each group of fossils. The long Kingdom descriptions are repeated with every group. More pictures would be good. Also the ads get in the way at the bottom and they make it impossible finish reading the new information.
