good app but since 2 weeks ago it show connect success with no video shown , any fix for that ?

It doesnt work it opens the cams for a second and then fails with id verification ...its not working
Every time when I open the app it will show me the camera image for around 1 second an then image disappear and it says: "ID verification field" I close the app open again same thing over again.
