Complete garbage! I'd give it zero stars if I could. App takes forever to open, not user friendly, keeps crashing. If you have a business and want to start using this garbage app. Plan on you workers getting a lot less done, because they'll be to busy trying to enter time and material in to the app and they'll probably skip some material rather than wast time entering it. I'm considering quitting my job if my workplace dosen't get rid of this garbage app soon. I don't need the stress.
This app is terrible, everyday I have to fill out the same ticket multiple times because the description gets lost after submitting. After closing most tickets I have to close the app out to get the next ticket to open. I don't recommend this app.
This update broke the app entirely. I can't even log in. It just says "authenticating" forever. At least bring the web version back so I can rip my hair out using that. I wish the company I work for would get rid of this abomination of a service app.
List of bugs, problems, slower then website and layout is poor compared to website. Nothing works correctly with app.
Always crashed. The web version was a lot better. Cannot do a thing now they took down the website
Sync issues with adding labor and time for service review. Also waiting long time, multiple times a day. Customers waiting as I start all over.

If I could rate this as zero I would. Why would you release an App that is (somehow) worse than the web link? Did anyone even test this before deciding to go live? Guessing your Customers are the test dummies. Good luck with that!

I think this software is garbage.
There is a very big bug in this software that I can't get them to patch. If you open a job > go to 'Dispatch Imaging'> select a PDF file to download>> it crashes the app. Fix it!!!!
