Founders Mobile App provides you FAST, SECURE and FREE access to your accounts from your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad or Android phone - anytime, anywhere.
• Check your account balances.
• View recent account activity and transactions.
• Transfer money between your Founders accounts.
• Transfer money to other Founders members through Founders Pay.
• Deposit checks with Mobile Deposit.*
• Pay non-Founders members via Popmoney by securely sending money using a mobile number or email address.
• View and pay bills with Founders Bill Pay.
• Locate Founders offices and ATMs using GPS or search criteria.
• View account statements.
• View and redeem CURewards® points.

How do I download and activate the Founders Mobile App on my smartphone or tablet?
You can download the app directly from the App Store or Google Play.
Is the Founders Mobile App secure?
To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, we incorporate multiple security features in TouchID:
• All transactions are encrypted.
• Authentication required with every TouchID interaction.
• No personal or financial information stored on your device.

Why is the application asking permission to access some of my phone’s functions?
In order to enable some of features available through our app, the application may need to access the following on your mobile device:
• Location Services – So our app can return office and ATM search results that are relevant to your current location.
• Camera – So you can use the Mobile Deposit feature.
• Contacts – So when using the Popmoney person-to-person payments feature you can easily select a contact from your device to pay.

I keep getting errors when I attempt to log in. What should I do?
First make sure you have the correct login credentials. If you are unsure, please utilize the Passcode or Forgot Username links. If you are confident in your login credentials and are still having problems, reinstall the app from your app store. Please note: you will also need a Secure Access Code. This will be delivered to you using one of the contact methods we have on file (ex. phone call, text message, email). When you request a Secure Access Code, be sure you have the means to access this code immediately.

The app works pretty well and is very quick. It does have a major bug for money transfers. If you have more than three accounts the other accounts won't show up on the list of accounts you are transferring to. When I try to submit a bug report it was too much trouble period after several days I gave up. Has a bank Founders is very strong but they are lacking on the software support and development side. They are usually the last to implement new or good security.

The previous version failed to actually let me in way to often, and was generally not useful enough. The current version fails 99% of the time to work, even after reboots, force quits, and reinstall cycles. I get notified i put the right credentials, but it then stops on a "Loading" screen. And I need the blasted app to cash checks from work! edit: update released. can't log in. so they took it from barely usable, to totally unusable.

I haven't been able to log in and use any of the app service's. Very inconvenient. Unfortunately I don't have access to laptop or desktop very frustrating not being able to access account information. Very stressful when you can't do simple things like check your balance in a flash when needed. 1 full month and this issue still isn't fixed!

Founders needs to do better with this app!! I have been trying to use the app for the past two days and I have not been able to get in. This is very frustrating because I need to deposit a check. I work and their hours of operation does not allow me to go there physically. The atm doesn't have a check deposit slot. This is 2018, technology is better than this! It's always a new update, my question is what are you updating?? Please fix this!!

Very frustrating! Kept giving me an error code every time I attempted to login today. Had to reset everything twice in order to get into the app! I hope these issues will be fixed during the next downtime! Apparently nothing was fixed during their downtime in June! Come on people get it right!

I've been trying to get in to my account to transfer my money from savings to checking so I can use my money but the app gets stuck in the loading screen and won't load all the way I've tried about 8 times now to get into my account and I'm not able to at all this really sucks and is very inconvenient ....

I have been for a week to check my balance and can't get the app to open. It crashes before I even see the logo. Otherwise it was fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still horrible. Can we get something going on because rarely do I get to get in during business hours.

Mobile check depositing is near useless because it locks the camera focus so i can never get the check to fit in the window and be in focus at the same time. There's also no way for me to take a crystal clear image outside of the app and use that instead.

The main thing I like about this app is that it has been super helpful for me to deposit checks. It makes things much more convenient and easier. now I don't feel like I have to make a digital trips are go way out of my way for my bank. I also trust that is a safeway to do mobile banking!

Unable to log in since the update. App has been updated, uninstalled then reinstalled but I still get the "Please Upgrade" message when I try to log on. So frustrating. Desktop version works well. Like being about to see all my accounts on 1 page. Maybe I'll update my review if/ when I'm able to log in. 😑

Terrible interface. No way to easily find how to make transfers to external accounts. Also biometric preference is not kept with profile. When locked out , have to call versus doing a MFA, which is expected in the 21st century. Overall very lackluster.

My overall rating is a very favorable. I do however have issues with two areas. The first is the adding of checks to my account is very difficult. Second is only being able to make three transfer's a month.

Great to check balances, transfer funds between accounts and pay bills! App is not completely up to date as I have newer series phone and they haven't had an update to use face unlock for the newer Android 10 platform.... Overall great app!

Since the Founders App was updated it's quite difficult to use. Too much going on with popups. Trying to locate my account number is like searching for buried treasure without a map. I would love to see this app become much more user friendly. Right now it's quite the challange.

This app is annoying and the people that you're supposed to reach to help you reset the whole are annoying. I write down my password and username but one morning when trying to pay my bills the app gives an error massage, "authentication erro". Are you kidding me. Tried to change the password but the fact that it's denying my other password I was blocked and told to call the so called customer service. The Call24 is only for debits and credit card and you have to deal robot trying to help you.

This app needs an update ASAP! NONE of my headers are showing up, everything in all of my accounts are messed up because of this. Everything is reading t-content header or t-account detail. And even when I click to see my checking account it says I'm in JANUARY 0003. All of my transactions are random dates from January to March. How is this possible? What is WRONG with this app???? It's been like this for almost a MONTH!!!! please fix this ASAP

my only real complaint is that some times the app opens, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it opens fast and sometimes it takes minutes. This has all happened while on the same connection and sitting in the same spot.

The app usually functions just fine, but the fingerprint scanners software doesn't work everytime. It causes me to have to close the app & then reopen it in order to sign in using the fingerprint scanner on my phone

Not sure what happened to the app but now it will only let you log in once ...then the second time it just spins and spins, never loading. then you have to uninstall and redo it just to get one loggin again.

Create a way we can make extra payments straight to the principal instead of having to call and talk with someone. The app is suppose to make it easier, right. Been a member for over 30 years. Love each and everyone of you. So professional yet with the personal touch and polite. I dont feel like I am "banking", if that makes sense.

Great app. Fast and easy to do basic things on. I still like the desktop for more technical activities though. But this has been real easy to use and handy when you're out and about.
