Four Seasons FCU NexGen Mobile

App use to be awesome but over past 6 months it has crashed over and over. Use to never happen!!!! Still have same phone that it use to always work on. Same for my wife. My daughter also has app. and never has any trouble but she has a different phone. Just don't understand why quality has vanished

Great app! Easy to use. I really enjoy being able to log in by just using my fingerprint. It makes the logon process so easy. The instant balance feature is also is really great too because I can easily see my account balance without even having to login.

App does not work at all. Just keeps saying that this app does not work on unlocked or jailbroken phones. But I have a note 20 ultra from att there is nothing wrong with my phone cause it is stock.

worked great until 1 wk ago. I went to bank and they were able to take care of problem. the app is back to the excellant way it worked.

I can't use the APP at all. It disappears with NO notice as to why it's not working. I gave up after trying for two days.

Works great!! Would like notifications for maintenance, app denies access randomly.

Unstable app to be one which deals with money.Crashes too much, says it can't validate information,even after my login is typed in.

Extremely useful and I'm able to see my account balance and make internal and external transfers and payments

This app works great except that it has the option in the toolbar to do mobile deposit but it won't actually allow me to do that.

Very nice and helpful app to have on-hand. It's worth having on a smart device.

No more stopping at the bank or ATM just to get my account balance! Saves time and gas. :)

Worked great until the update. Now it will not even open.

Crashes regularly, refuses to allow sign in. Has progressively worse.
