"You're using an old version of the mobile app" message appears when opening the app, and all functionality is disabled. But there is no newer version of the Android app. Completely broken experience in the middle of a hotel stay where we are dependent on the app for dining and other requests.
Usually it's good... But yesterday and today it's telling me I'm using an old version and yet there isn't a newer version available. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and yet the message persists. I usually use it often on property visits... It's unfortunate it's not working as I rely on it to communicate with resort staff.
App was working great yesterday. Today not good. Can't open. Tried unistalling and reinstalling app. Keeps saying to update. It's stuck in a loop. UPDATE: after several days the app was able to be updated.
Great idea, but not functioning. The app says that it is outdated and cannot function without an update, but no update is available. Even a fresh install gives the same error.
App says it's an old version and doesn't work. Sends you to a Google Play link for the same app version 🤦♂️. Not a good look Four Seasons. Update 19 May 2022 - app has been fixed by Four Seasons.
Attempted to update from an older version and it keeps saying that I need to update- even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Frustrating!
Great app, more helpful than calling concierge for anything. I used it all the time! 4 star because i could not open PDF files when they send to me on the app!
I can't download the new version, it keeps saying I have to update but it don't let me even when I uninstall and install again.

The app won't do anything. It is asking me to update the app but there is no update available.
Although much of the information about a given hotel is on the app, the UI is far from friendly. Links disappear, take you to the wrong pages, images appear stretched, and a few pages are listed as unavailable. Looks like it hasn't been fully tested.
Cannot be updated which made me unable to access the application.
The app was responsive and user friendly. The concierge chat feature was fantastic. I'm amazed by what can be done. Tours, personal recommendations to event photography, upgrades, backstage passes for Lady Gaga. They really tailor to your needs.
very useful app before and during stays. can get very fast online response for travel planning. one caveat is the booking function ux is strange, because if you want to go one step back (e.g. looking for room detail) you can easily abort the process and have to start all over again
What is the point of ordering food from the app when it's clear the hotel isn't on board. The description on the menu doesn't at all match with the actual food they deliver, and the options provided aren't even compatible so your order is simply guaranteed to be wrong
App doesn't work. i had to uninstall and reinstall. i was able to access the app but could not check in as offered. This has been my exoerience every time over the last year. I have given up on it. What a wadte of time!
I've tried to add my existing booking five times, the booking came up on the confirmation screen, but it still doesn't show up in the app. So I added it online. Now I can see it when I log in online, but still not in the app. Very frustrating.
Just installed, but it hangs on the initial screen saying there's a new version available. When reaching Play Store, the last version is installed.
I used to love staying at "Four Seasons" while traveling with our family. It was always a real treat to stay there and was a place with the fondest of memories. I don't know if you can find these type of accommadations outside of the USA or not. But love them very much. And do hope they carry on in what they are like and do spread if the could.
This app should be an embarrassment to Four Seasons - can't order food, doesn't load, great hotels, bad technology.
Four seasons is the place where i refuel my energy and spirit, Thank you for the great service.

Worst Service, I am totally disappointed with your retained team, which is handleing in lucknow, India, for joining as new customer, i will never suggest or recommemd to my colleague to join or take your cheap service.

The idea of the app is amazing, and it makes communication with the hotel a breeze. However I've had numerous issues. There are items available through the app that the hotel isn't able to provide. All of the links to anything deeper than then one level do not work. I can see the restaurants, but not their menus or reservations system. There is no way to look at past orders placed. The option for ordering coffee for breakfast doesn't work.
