This app is great if I want to look at weather Graphics or Maps, or if I want to find school closing information. However, if I want to actually watch the video of the weather forecast, or any video on the app for that matter, the videos are extremely laggy. I end up just going to the mobile website to get them, which kind of defeats the purpose of the app.
Worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. Now when I open it- it's "stuck" on the radar map, but I can't click on anything. Unistalled and reinstalled 3 times (including today).
So often it doesn't even work. It opens and shows like it's working, but doesn't. Maybe it's taking forever to load, but I can't click on map, daily, hourly, etc. Not helpful when it is actually needed. The times it works I love it.
Update: dropped this down to 1 Star! Still haven't fixed the issue of ALERTS! It's snowing...did NOT receive any notification weather warnings. I can't be the ONLY PERSON with issues! APRIL 5TH 2021..issues been going on for weeks & MONTHS..this App still doesn't give notifications for the weather! Nothing fixed, no resolution...Thanks FOX 11, time to download NBC26 Cameron Moreland
Every time I select the "daily" forecast it gives me single digit temps, even though it says otherwise in other sections of the app. The average temp right now is in the 20s to 30s.
Love it, I can always keep up with the weather school cancelations. I really like the part when u can charm in and send pictures of things, I always send pictures of my kids on a big snow storm and you can sometimes be on TV if they pick your pictures.
I've had this app it never correctly displayed the right temps or worked right. Was hoping by now issues be fixed so got rid of it , recently was thinking of giving it another go but seeing the reviews I'll pass.
Good for school closings and temperature. But it tells me it going to rain or that it is raining when its sunny and when its pouring out it says its sunny. It'll tell me after its done raining that there is heavy percipication outside after its all over or even when nothing is happening. Just not accurate even a little.
App no longer has a working radar and that is when it actually loads. Lately it just closes out with an error.
Weather updates and severe weather warnings are awesome. Much appreciated to be warned ahead of time.
Great app to use anywhere for Fox 11weather and accuracy but not just like WLUK Fox 11 news and balanced coverage ALL from the FOX TV Network WLUK channel 11 News
Doesnt work half the time. Its like its frozen and can never check the map and the daily/hourly.
Not accurate as far as rain and snow goes. One time as it's raining i checked the app and it still said no rain in forecast, even the radar showed no rain.
App will not start up shuts down right away. I had this before and worked good developers must have screwed it up. Had to uninstall
new updated ruined the app. it's too slow to be convenient. I loved it before the update.
This app, just like fox 11 news is complete garbage. Download the newest AccuWeather app if you want a great weather app
Installed the app and it doesn't load so I can use it to check the weather
App is OK but i uninstalled because i was tired of it loading the same ad and reloading before it ever displayed weather.
Have had this app for a long time, and used to rely on it to know whether to dress for warm or cold weather. But it has been so inaccurate with the predicted Temps lately that I will be looking for a new app & uninstalling this one. Example - the first day this year we had Temps over 90, the app said the high would be in mid 80s. Even that afternoon when it showed the current temp at 92, the hourly listing showed the temp at that time was only supposed to be in the high 80s.
