While the content makes the sub worthwhile, the app is absolutely dreadful. First, the list. The list should be one of the first things you see when you open the app, not The Walking Dead. I shouldn't tap my profile, select lists, wait for it to load, just to see my bookmarked shows. Second, the cast button should be present at all times, not when a video is playing. And lastly, optimize the app. It's slow. Terribly slow. I'm honestly surprised that the website is just as horrible as the app. I love your shows. But please, fix your app.

The app freaking RESTARTS my phone whenever the screen goes off when I put it down for a couple minutes. Had to change my settings to 10mins (max) before display goes off. But sometimes I had to do things and end up leaving my phone for a while only to see it has restarted because of Fox+. Please fix that. Resume feature would be great but it wasn't very effective. It would only work when I used the home button, but if I used the back button, then I can expect not resuming on the exact minutes I left. Only the last episode, from the start. Way too little content. For now, I'm quite satisfied with watching TWD, but it's been two weeks and my list only contain three things. Usually, on apps like this, my list would increase every couple days. Quality is at least good, and it has subtitles so that's a plus. Not much features though, nothing to adjust on settings for personal convenience.

This app would be best if it would just continue playing where you have left, just like Netflix does. What happens is that in the event you couldn't finish watching a certain episode or movie, the player will start from the very beginning and not just where you left off. Please do it like Netflix does and I might consider doing a full subscription after my trial ends. I have subscribed again to FOX+. It would also be good if there's an option to choose where downloaded contents are save, not just defaulting it to the phone's internal storage. Should allow saving at the SD card.

Shows/Movies does not start where you left off. Also, while casting in Chromecast, it does not allow me to browse while watching. Once i hit back button, casting also stops. Then playing it again would restart from the beginning. Sometimes, skipping through the timeline is disabled. Also, I had to go back to the Settings menu just to set the subtitles. Not a friendly app.

100% chance I will not go for a paid subscription, I've seen enough from a trial account. Both mobile and android TV ui aren't user friendly. Buffers a lot even if you're on high speed internet. Doesn't always pick up where you left off. What I dislike most on mobile is that it adjusts the volume on its own, I have my media sounds of all the time as I might wake up the baby but the app always seems to put it on high everytime I start a show. Subtitles overlap with start credits.

The shows are always loading. It does not work 100% of the time and very buggy on mobile. I unsubscribe because I cannot maximize my monthly payment since the app is not working well. You have a great list of shows, but I cannot watch them coz your app is not working well. Hopefully this will be resolved so that we get to enjoy your shows without any issues.

It's just okay. The 5 download limit sucks. Especially if you're going to pay monthly for the app. The constant problems of my downloads not going through makes it even worse. I had to uninstall and install again just so a download would go through. I paid for a month to give it a another chance but with all the glitches and bugs, ain't gonna extend my subscription.

Search results are still inaccurate (showing no results for content that's available). App hangs or crashes a lot. Resume playback only works half of the time. A lot of simple functionalities already available in all other streaming services/video players are still missing here (ex: quick fast forward). All in all a very unreliable and non user friendly app. The only reason I still bother is because it's the only way to watch UFC in my area. Hope you make some improvements soon.

only just tolerable for the price. not much in terms of quality control and lacks the latest content compared to other providers. watched a few streams and A/V was glitchy on some. poor visual fidelity even on the highest setting. smart tv and pc support is very limited, as well as very little audio options eg. no surround sound etc. only suitable for phones

It's a nice app, I think, especially if I can really use it. It has shows I wanted but unfortunately can't play due to playback issues. Maybe Fox+ can lower its bandwith requirement, someday since some subscribers are just relying on their mobile internet connection, whose speed really, really needs lots of improvement. So, maybe they can work on it. YouTube videos are working fine in a mobile internet connection here, so why can't Fox+ videos, right? Thank you.

There are plenty of good shows but the application sucks. It always crashes, lag or some sort of delay. sometimes when you click on a certain show it does'nt load. When watching and you try to open another app and went back in the show starts to load from the very beginning and doesnt save where you left of. Also shen using the cast/mirror button, you have to load first the movie/show until the button shows up. A lot of good shows really it just need a good update and fixing

The app is terrible when I use chromecast. Suddenly stops for no reason, can't scrub through the video, goes back to the start of the video when i leave the app and return, none of the controls work when casting. imagine watching a 2 hour movie then it crashes just a few minutes before the end. I have to start all over again because I cant skip to the part where it crashed. SO FRUSTRATING! PLS FIX!

It's annoying and frustrating that you can't press back in the app when casting a show. i.e. It's impossible to browse shows in the app when something is playing on TV. Also irritating that it can't auto play the next episode when you're out of the app and that shows have to start at the very beginning when you leave it paused for long.

I don't recommend this at all. Terrible Customer Service team. They don't have a control on their own product and dont have proper escalation on important issues. They will just cancel my subscription on my behalf because I lost my phone, but they can't do it. They keep sending me instructions in email on how to cancel. I already explained that I lost everything in my phone! This sucks. I am considering on subscribing in the future, however, due to my issue. Not anymore!!!!!!

Bug! I've always had this issue with this app. When I'm using Chromecast, i can select a video and play on my TV. when i click Back to view other things to watch while playing the video on my tv, the app closes the connection to Chromecast. I can get this to work with other apps. Seems like the back button closes the video.

Althought I saw tons of good videos to watch, I'm planning not to continue after trial. the maximum offline videos allowed is 5, unlike netflix you can download as many as you want. In addition, there's no auto resume of download in case the current download stops. sorry for the compariaon, but please see how netflix app designed, user experience wise, netflix app is way better. from navigation, to how each episodes are presented in a list, and how each videos are downloaded.

Such a bad user interface. A high school passout can make way better design and app. I am a paid subscriber through Globe in Philippines and the app just does nit work properly. I am using Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and the play button on the videos don't work. On my Samsung Galaxy Tab S the video will stop with an error message. Even on my Google Pixel 2 XL the same problems persist. I will surely cancel the subscription and all my friends will cancel too. Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix are the best. Fox is just worthless. Besides I can watch Walking Dead in Netflix too.

2 stars because of play issues, I didnt have issue with netflix or other streaming apps. This one though keeps freezing the video while the Audio runs fine. I dont believe its network issue since I can watch any series just fine on my pc, it could be a system processor speed issue as fox+ app doesnt run well on devices with CPU of under 1.4GHz (tried it on an old samsung 10" tab3 and it was just snail slow. I think the devs should optimize their app (a glorified browser) for devices that runs with lower cpu speed. Mine's an LGV20 with 2.1GHz and still can't have a decent watching experience.

This is a rip off. The platform is a failure, too slow and the videos I downloaded for offline viewing wouldnt even get deleted even if i tried so many times. There is no such thing as free trial in my case. I cancelled my subscription couple of days before the free trial ended and they still charged me. When I contacted them I was told that my record doesnt show the cancellation.

i found that the search fuction has a bug. I once saw a movie on list and wanna get back to it after a while by search but i can't find it at all. Finally i found the movie by scrolling the list for a long time. For example, taken 2 is available but i can't search it through the search function. Please fix as it is so annoying that i could not find the movie that is available.

It can mirror movies from phone to TV before. I didn't noticed if the app was updated automatically but now, I can no longer stream it when mirrorred with the TV. Error #E0220 always appear on my screen. If not mirrorred, it plays with no problem whatsoever. What happened Fox? Are you now restricting it to play when phone is currently mirrored with the TV? Big disappointment!!!

My experience with the app on the first day and got a few issues already: -Unstable and slow unstable (caused my phone too hang on a black screen, Netflix never caused my phone ) -Resume Feature, you still have to go to your profile and then history, whereas on Netflix, I just have to open Netflix and immediately see a resume watching list. -Network issues, this app throws me to the previous window after it threw an error message, annoying af, even made my phone hang and had to restart(none of my apps did this btw) -did I mention fox+ is slow? Yes unbearably slow compared to netflix or even iflix LOL

Fox+ provides a lot of great content, but their app is terrible. It's slow, it lags and takes forever to load. The app on our Android TV is borderline acceptable, but only just. What truly grinds my gears however is the lag in sound when you stream via Google Chromecast, absolutely unacceptable! And don't get me started when it randomly stops casting for no reason 🤦‍♂️

Shows I've seen are amazing but the app sucks. it takes too long to download the video, takes up too much data, once the video starts playing it just suddenly stops midway. The suggestions don't pick up what I last watched. I've binge watched 10 episodes of a single series and it still doesnt pop up as an option when I go back to the app. It's too tedious to operate. And just because I'm in asia it suggests so many asian show that I'm not even interested in.

I just downloaded the app and registered for the free trial. If I will compare it to NETFLIX, its comparable but the ony problem I have is it cannot be play on my smartphone full screen. There is no such setting to adjust it or what not.. you put terrible icons each sides that makes it dull and eaten the screen instead of adjusting the resolution to make it full screen.. we know how adjust volume and brightness duh! Please make an adjustment as I am looking forward to continue my subscription.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! I signed up for a free trial. I know it's free and i shouldn't be bitchin' about how bad it is, but to pay for it when it's not working properly is BS. Tap response is so slow that I thought my phone has an issue. There's a very few selection of movies. Can only download one episode of a tv series at a time, not excellent for binge watchers offline. I tried to access it from my laptop but i couldn't log in. I asked for password help and to reset my password, no one responded. It's stupid to even try to think this app can work. So, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

The app is okay but not the best. There are a lot of glitches. It will sometimes just crash. Sports does not include football (NFL). Only tennis, UFC, etc. All in all, good for its price, considering the movie and series collection plus the lack of NFL coverage.

I signed up for a 30 day trial and I guess I wont continue anymore. Your app sucks. It is not flawless and it takes time to load. When using the app, theres always a notif that will show up saying 'tap for more info or to stop the app'. It is very annoying that it shows up all the time even when i am already using the app. Maybe you should get ideas from Netflix. Their app is user-friendly.. Yours isnt.. It is very irritating and slow...

Mediocre User Interface. 1. (compulsory) Parental Lock input takes forever to load and show up after tapping on the show.. 2. Offline Downloads which are completed isn't automatically recognised and the Show remains in its previous episode at the Homepage. ** FOX+ costs more than its competitors yet Provides the LOWEST quality of User Interface so far.. Netflix's UI should be the standard . 3. When Offline Downloaded, subtitles appears TWICE in a column in 1 frame thanks

It lags.. Have updated it to the new version but still the same. And i cannot seem to play the series or the movies. I can press the download icon, the information icon, the close icon and even select a movie or series but when you press play, it does not play at all. It's disappointing.
