The app is intuitive and usable. At times the added level of security seems redundant, but I understand the need in this day and age.

The App needs to update in real time seriously makes in hard to know balances when it takes 24-48 hours to show updates. Could use the feature of external transfers by routing and account number or have zelle integrated

Doesn't update in real time. Takes at least a day, sometimes 48 hours, to show your actual current balance. Nearly useless.

It's been several weeks and I still can't make a mobile deposit. Considering leaving the CU all together if I can't get this function soon.
