FOX8 Cleveland Weather

I like to watch the forecast from the news program, I get more out of it than the boiled-down, say it in as few words daily forecast listing. That being said: The "Video" page which is supposed play clips from the telecast, only EVER plays the embedded advertisement. It has been this way since they started embedding the ads. The ads play without fail! But good luck for the clip, you'll be left high and dry.

Videos still do not work. Like others have said, the video freezes up after the ad plays, and it's been like this for months. It only seems to happen on the morning video. Evening and afternoon videos play fine after the ad. Please for the love of God fix it already

I love the Fox 8 weather on TV. The app is nowhere near as accurate. I'll look at the overview for the next day, and it might say 80 degrees and clear. Then when I look at the hourly forecast, it will have rain in a few of the hours and no temperature that ever reaches 80 degrees for any hour. Makes zero sense. Last night at 11 pm the app said it was supposed to rain every hour today. As I'm typing this at 10 am, it is hard to see the screen from the bright sunshine coming in the window. No rain at all earlier, either. Again, makes no sense.

It's good for looking at the forecast. But if you try to watch the associated video after the ad the video locks up when the ad gets to 1 second.

The last update needs to be fixed. Some things don't come up and if they do they are very slow.. Go back to the update before this one.. It worked perfectly. Also the developers email is not a valid email.. Please post your correct email.

it runs good . showed me weather and radar . keeps me alerted if i have them on of sever weather or floods etc . if your in cleveland ohio its good to have. Dropped to 3star cuz they added ads ! It was easier to navigate without them . All about $ I guess .

I love everything about the app. However recently it takes forever for the info to come up. It happened once before and I had to uninstall and redownload. Not a good thing.

4-8-21....Barometric current display fields have been conspicuously Absent for some time now...Pressures are not a foreign language...rather essentially helpful wx language; please consider reinstating current barometric pressure readings on the front page...thanks!!😁👌

Recently it has started lagging on my Note 10Plus. Tried uninstal and reload but did not improve. Maybe if they can get rid of all of the ads that are there it will help. Uninstalling now.

It's from a local TV station which has accurate weather. App includes weather blog and videos of weather updates. Nice. Simple.

Ads have no problem loading but the radar and daily outlook never loads. Pretty much useless if you want to see the radar when storms are coming.

Whats the point of having an app if its never working correctly i tell you this if you run this app you should fix the app it never works cant check the weather any place it comes up blue 😤 pluss when i go to the map it dosent move 😭 what the hell is going on please understand if you have an ap you should mantaine it ok

Your app is currently broken. Please fix it now!! It keeps locking up and won't stop the stupid commercial it keeps playing over and over. Probably the reason its locking up

This app is out of date and needs an overhaul. Even the fonts in the widget are black and white. Thought this would be better but I was wrong. Too bad too because it looked like it had potential.

I like the app ,just wish the videos were more consistent just not sure what times they will be posted,still a good app loads quickly.

This app was great up until about two months ago. I can no longer get the daily forecast. Some of the other features work sporadically.

Nothing loads on the app you have to exit and refresh like 10 times, I switched over to 19 news app and it works like a charm,

Doesn't work a good part of the time n very slow...used to be great, needs an upgraded.

loved the app until the radar got cluttered up with road lines. too busy. switched to channel 19 radar. much cleaner visually

The last update to the app keeps crashing on my phone!!! Please update or I'll need to delete it!!!

When you open the app and press Daily Forecast a blank screen opens, you have to exit and press Daily Forecast a second time to see the Daily forecast.

Is there an ad-free option available?! I don't want to have to wait for an ad to finish just to check the forecast.

Way toooooooo buggy! Doesn't even work now. Used to be good and accurate. Now, - worthless. Junk

The videos about 90 to 95 percent of the time never play, they will freeze or never show up.

It's not a very reliable app. Too often the content won't load. And that will go on for days.

Has glitches and does not show accurate phases of moon and does not allow me to report an issue to the app developer.
